So here's my take on OPNManager. I've tested a bunch of network management apps and this one's up there with the best. The interface is really intuitive and it packs a ton of features without feeling overwhelming. Definitely makes managing your firewall a lot more convenient compared to logging in from a desktop. That said, it can get a little clunky at times, especially when dealing with more complex firewall configs. But if you're just looking for a simple way to monitor and tweak your OPNsense setup on the go, OPNManager is a pretty solid option.

Description

Been using OPNManager for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app that lets you control and monitor your OPNsense firewall. Pretty solid if you’re into networking and security stuff.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a dashboard that shows your system resources, gateways, and network traffic. You can also create and edit firewall rules, check the logs, and even manage stuff like aliases and routes. It’s got a really clean, touch-friendly interface that makes all that network stuff a lot easier to deal with on your phone.

Look, if you’re an IT admin or just into home networking, you’ll probably find this app super useful. It’s not perfect – sometimes the logs can be a bit hard to read on the small screen – but overall it does the job of bringing your firewall controls to your fingertips. Worth checking out if you use OPNsense.
