So here's my take on the OptumRx app. I've used a bunch of different pharmacy and healthcare apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features work well - it's easy to compare drug prices, refill prescriptions, and manage your account. The home delivery option is super convenient too. On the downside, I've found the app can be a little glitchy at times, and the UI isn't the most intuitive. But for the most part, it does what it needs to do. If you want a simple way to handle your pharmacy benefits, OptumRx is worth checking out.

Description

Been using the OptumRx app for a couple months now. It’s basically a pharmacy benefits management app that lets you handle all your medication stuff without going to the actual pharmacy. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you can do: you can compare drug prices, see all your prescriptions, and even transfer eligible meds to home delivery. And there’s also features like being able to refill home delivery orders, check order status, and manage your account info. Took me a little while to figure out all the different options but it’s pretty straightforward overall.

Look, if you’re the kind of person who likes having your pharmacy stuff all in one app, you’ll probably dig OptumRx. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes – but it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to manage your meds.

NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY. I touch the circle that says refills and it automatically puts them in the cart! I don't get to choose! NO notification (NOT EMAIL) reminders, and when...
