Your app is better than the website. I have no idea why my card cant automatically be charged or my perscriptions automatically renewed. Every 3 months I have to fuss with this and get on the phone. Its a waste of my time and your money. If the billing issues cant be sorted I will have to go back to Walgreens as I signed up for this to save time.

This app is ok. You can order your meds fairly easily. The problem is when you enroll in automatic refills you have to double check it is done. I enrolled in automatic refills but when I checked the status to check when I can expect delivery it wasnt done. I had to submit the order. Thankfully I am a double checker I can't just stop my meds. If I hadn't checked I could have been in serious trouble. It does take a while to receive these so plan accordingly.

NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY. I touch the circle that says refills and it automatically puts them in the cart! I don't get to choose! NO notification (NOT EMAIL) reminders, and when they send 3 mo at once, it's really easy to run out. CYA & have weeks of backups, in ALL MEDS. Developers - PLEASE move/change the arrows to change between medications, curved screens cannot use them! Items without refills APPEAR MAGICALLY in the cart. NOT OK, since it charges my card automatically. Tracking is good.

The old app worked very well, this one may just be different but it is different in a way that is confusing and confounding. Did the IT group do any Beta testing at all with a group representative of your client base. My guess is no. The result is an improvement for someone but not your clients. Seeming fail. Ok details, I logged in because there was a message sent to me about prescription refills. On log in there was no prompt about refills and no idea where to go???

Fair and average to days of endless agitation. Some app features don't seem to work. When ordering and selecting a shipping method as overnight and paying the fee our orders rarely go out as requested without calling, complaining, calling back, canceling it redoing it. Like the left doesn't know what the right is doing. 50% of the filled Rx require verification and are not fillable by phone. These things should not be occurring every month for years now. With schedule medications

your app was working great before you updated it. previously i was able to order a script that needed to be renewed by doctor. Now i cannot find any way to order it! Plus there are scrips on there that are no longer needed and I can't get them moved. Also now I can only order the scripts that you list as available for reorder. You help feature is just an ad for your products and has no help there at all! This is totally frustrating. Ordering on line is supposed to be convenient.

You get an email that says to click to do a quick order; go to the link follow instructions and you get a message you the order was not able to be processed. You constantly have to update the app just to get in. I have to call half the time to get my order filled. My wife refuses to use the app at all she is so frustrated by it; she calls in for refills.

Haven't been able to use the app in weeks. Stuck at the login or register screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Looks like others have had the same issue, but when I called customers service they had no idea what I was talking about. **** Update, after I made this post I also emailed the help desk listed here. 2 days later, still no response from their help desk.

Very disappointed, only use it because it's what my employer's insurance uses. App fails to keep updated records of what medications you ordered, payed for, and were delivered. I've had a constant issue with my antidepressant being put on controlled substance list and being locked (its NOT a controlled substance) and now it failed to be tracked as a purchase/delivery. Extremely frustrating, especially when customer service for a prescription service doesn't understand prescriptions.

I don't really see the benefit in this app. You can keep a list of yours meds I guess but thats it. My biggest complaint is that if you submit a request for meds or PA or something and there is an issue with it, the only way you know is by checking constantly. There has been several times I submit something, it says processing then look the next day and it is just gone?! No trace of it ever existing and they don't tell you why it disappeared or that it did disappear. Very useless.
