Why is there not an app for regular customers? Was excited to find this and then realized it's not for me to use. Very disappointing.
Reviews for O'Reilly Pro
← Back to O'Reilly Proit won't let me use it without updating but should warn you that's coming. This is a pro app I don't have down time when I'm trying to build a quote. Other than that I've liked it
Won't allow log in with same exact info that works for website
not smart to be exclusive to "pros" make it DYI friendly too.. even 2 different apps
Why is there only an app for "professionals"? O'Reillys really have dropped in quality over the years.
Easy to use and navigate. if you're familiar with the website on PC already then this is more convenient.
the best place to get your parts in Cape Girardeau Missouri. they always have a good warranty on everything they sell. so I was a lifetime warranty. thank you O'Reilly
useless app. basically locked to "pro" users with an account. Can't even use it to scroll through catalogs to find what you need and will redirect you to use a web browser to do so if you're not a "pro" memeber. Autozone got it right while O Reilly can't even get it right after all these years of miss opportunities to already have an app working. there's a reason why you see more people at autozone vs O'Reilly. so much quicker and easier to look things up on an app than website. cmon man!
Garbage Need username to log in, username is email. App doesn't recognize email as username, the heck is the point. Deleted app immediately
Great on Customer Service. and Informative assistance!
I love using the O'Reilly pro app it is so much fun that I order stuff all the time for my vehicles it's so easy to use it so friendly and customer crazy and respect and the employees are so awesome and amazing they understand everything I need and they give me straight answer and how many hours add recommend this to my friend and family
There was not a feature to add notes but it has been updated and that feature is now available.
Where is the O'Reilly app for the non-professional who uses their local O'Reilly's to maintain their own vehicles? No, it's not the big bucks account of a professional, but it is customer service. Where I used to live, I had an Autozone nearby. I used their app to keep track of my cars and help me order parts and supplies when necessary. Autozone has good customer service and is DIY friendly. O'Reilly Auto Parts does not.
Not for your average DIYer downloaded app but need a professional account to use the app. not useable at all for us people who want do our own repairs and general maintenance. don't download this app
only available to "pro" which I assume is some paid tier. I just wanted an app so I didn't have to go to the website. Just use the website instead of bothering with this.
You guys are doing a really, really, good job with this one. it needs a branching, and filterable, inventory tree/taxonomy. a lot of customers need something that isn't *for any car you can buy* and it's finding the customer *that* part that is the real trick but, the features the current app has come really close to living up to their potential and are useful, decidedly unlike *another botched app opportunity* we don't need to bring up **
Seriously making an app for professional use only? How about talking to competition because they allow either. Your website is awful & fulll of scripts. I guess for tracking? Only imagine what app is doing....
When adding labor, it would be nice if it remembered your labor rate. when adding description for labor and what repair was performed, you cant just have a basic explanation that's the same for every single vehicle. when you were trying to add labor time and obviously trying to be fair to yourself and the customer on what to charge. when you are finished with your quote and you put it on a PDF file it should allow you to add your personal written description at the bottom of your quote.
I prefer the old app but it stopped working. this is too much, I'll order at my desk when I'm creating my customer's quote. I tried to tell my local rep my issues but they obviously went unheard. The biggest thing I miss is so simple but again unheard, just being able to make notes like mileage or other items I want to remember when estimating repair. Hopefully someone that can actually at least this minor annoyance.
while the new app works, we miss the ability of the old app to add vehicles. The new app forces you to make a cart and it is cumbersome to switch between vehicles. With the old app you could add cars all day, but the new app does not allow you to just add a car without starting a cart. So as cars arrive we need to get them in the system and we may have to do a few in a row. Like in the morning during drop off. With the old app this was pretty easy.
