Can't make an appointment through app. It gives me no option to actual book the appointment time I choose. When I go on URL and sign in, it automatically signs me into the app. On my 5th call with customer support to make one for me. This is just beyond frustrating.

Horrible! I have had nothing but problems and been stuck in loops trying to log in. And I can't find any type of online tech support for it. VERY poorly designed, I already feel completely unimportant and am not happy giving you my hard earned money when I'm not getting any kind of service! I will be looking and my options.

Bicycle feature doesn't work! I bike everywhere. This app is supposed to keep track of your bike miles or walking steps. When trying to use the app it thinks I am walking even though I have it set for cycling. I used the Google Fit w/ it on my android galaxy S10 and it was useless. I purchased a cateye odometer for my bike. It would be great if Oscar would let us take snap shots of our miles and upload that to some database. I feel like all of my biking miles aren't being recognised.

App used to work fine. Now when searching for Proviers it starts with the ones 88 miles away and when trying to sort my distance. All of a sudden there is 1000 providers and includes every specialist.

horrible app doesn't let me log in. closes immediately. has tons of issues and it's a really important app to have needs to be improved

One of the worst apps ever. It constantly glitches, links don't work, sending a message involves restarting the app. It's insanely frustrating. In addition, the provider lists are massively out of date and basically useless. Plus, no bug report feature or way to report any of these problems to the programmers. I hate having to use it. It needs a massive overhaul. I'm getting different insurance as soon as possible and one large reason for that is this app.

I love the convenience. However, lots of bugs. You can't see the text box, making replying to your provider a nightmare. Also, error messages are popping up continuously and I cannot look back and past visit summaries.

App itself is ok. None of the features work. Like trying to get in contact with anyone. Supposedly a 24/7 concierge team... still haven't responded to 5 messages I have sent since over half a month ago. Also they tout the $1 you get for amazon for walking 10,000 steps a day- half the time it doesnt even count your steps properly. Yes it undercounts. Dissapointed in the service but it's the cheapest for a reason

I have tried this company twice and both times it was a horrendous experience. In addition to being heartless and cruel, they are full of misinformation or lack information. Poor communication. Don't believe anything they say about your preferred provider being on the plan, your meds being covered, or pretty much anything else important that would be a factor in choosing them. ANYTHING is better than this company.
