Can’t make an appointment through app. It gives me no option to actual book the appointment time I choose. When I go on URL and sign in, it automatically signs me into the app. On my 5th call with customer support to make one for me. This is just beyond frustrating.

App used to work fine. Now when searching for Proviers it starts with the ones 88 miles away and when trying to sort my distance. All of a sudden there is 1000 providers and includes every specialist.

I love the convenience. However, lots of bugs. You can’t see the text box, making replying to your provider a nightmare. Also, error messages are popping up continuously and I cannot look back and past visit summaries.
