Can't do or see anything. Conversations are archived immediately, so you can't read them. Also cannot see what current prescriptions are and dosage. So frustrating.
Bring back PetPro! This is a terrible app. No way to message your vet. All it shows is the pet & their last weight. I liked PetPro where you could reference old appointments & message for new ones.
This app is worthless. Pet Pro Connect was SO much better!! If I could rate this app less than 1 star, I would!! Deleting it now. I will contact my Vet the old fashion way.
1) Nobody responds back to my questions. And 2) Information that SOMEONE entered is incorrect and there is no way to correct it from MY end. There are ficticious pets listed in the chart. And one of the pets that truly DOES exist has a VERY incorrect weight listed. 🤦🤷 The pet is 113 lbs but is listed as 130. Maybe it's the fault of staff at the vet's office. But the app SHOULD have a function where the CAREGIVER of the animal can correct false information. Uninstalling now. What's the point?
This app replaced petpro connect an I hate this app. It don't work half the time an there's no more paw points that can be used. If something isn't broke why try an fix it ?? Horrible app horrible change. Bad decisions on your part ! If I could give this 0 stars I would !
so far not too impressed. won't let me correct personal info. constantly opens with blank pages and freezes. worst app ever. keep telling my vet to change. it's awful.
Doesn't work at all. My vet went to this app, so I got it. It logs me in, but then shows nothing. As if I'm not logged in. Very disappointed, as I can't see anything about my pets. Wish my vet would go back to the last one. This one just doesn't work at all.
This app replaced pet pro for my current vet. It doesn't save messages or vet record/history like the previous app. I can't even view my upcoming appointments. That's the main benefit of having an app like this. Chat history disappears so I can't even go back and look at the appointment confirmations. I don't really understand how this app benefits anyone...
Used to have PetConnect which easily showed scheduled appointments for all animals and what each pet needed. Didn't have to constantly call my Vet to find out. TeleVet is like the scaled down model of a luxury vehicle. Wish they never had changed.
This app is perfect for all of us with fur babies. Reminds you of appointments, the need to schedule them and other important things. Connect with your veterinarian and groomer (and... oh yeah, that too LOL) via the app. I just wish they had this when I was breeding canines.
