We are paying for the premium membership and have 3 children that are linked to our account. It works as far as schedule blocking. The major issue is trying to block certain apps. It only shows apps for one of our children. We have contacted customer support more than 4 times and no response back. I would like to keep app if we can get this resolved. We have android systems. Please contact us or respond to this review. This is my last ditch effort.

Family link is waaay better, and free. Instal was very annoying and needs a computer. I can't controll individual app times like family link I can only allow access or not. I cant view how long they are on each app. Screen view is a good idea but this forces them to allow it and it force stops certain apps. It does have screen limit which the others have too. But I'm not paying almost 10 buck a month for essentially a GPS tracker. There's plenty of free apps for that. Not worth the $.

The app often froze up my child's galaxy S5. Also it was inconsistent with when I allowed extra time. Sometimes it would activate quickly sometimes it seemed the 2 phone's were unlinked. I live the idea behind this app ans was willing to pay a subscription, but the freezing was over all to annoying, and after a few tries of getting ahold of customer service with no reply, we decided to look for another option for our family

disappointed you can only add one child free then you have to pay for premium package to add another child. Also when the phone is switched back on for my child's phone, all the apps are removed from the folders and you have to re file all the apps back into your designated folders. Very time consuming doing this every morning. I will delete this app.

I hate to give apps a one star because i know it's hard work to put together. I tried this for iPhone and it was just so difficult to even get stated using it because it went thru 30 minutes of backing up onto my laptop and then it said the Phone didnt have enough storage to continue the installation process. I had to pay for the app to find out that it doesnt work on the phone i need it to use it on. I emailed support and no response. I have uninstalled it and will keep looking.

This app worked for maybe a month or so and then it started allowing apps that I had blocked or were set to time allowances to work while blocking others that I had set to always allow due to not having time allowance. Highly disappointing especially since you must pay for almost all the features that are actually what parents are looking for in an app.

So far I like the App. The schedule restrictions are great! I'm rating it a 3 star because I feel there needs to be some limited feature for the child to send a message to the parent via the app. Everything is one-way at this point. I have my child's school schedule built into the app. But with the increase of school shootings and lockdowns for suspicious or criminal activity in the area, it would be nice to have a way that the child can message the parent via the app.

Paying for a service that I'm not even receiving. The tracker isn't working, which is the main reason I paid for this app. Customer service keep saying they're working on it, but it's now been 2 months without the function working. Has been too fiddly to use, too much time wasted trying to fix the glitches, and they can't even give a refund for the months that it hasn't been working. Don't bother with this app.

Horrible app, it kept locking the apps on my child's iPad, and wouldn't unlock them. So I went through the steps to Uninstall. And EVERYTHING IS STILL LOCKED!! do not get this app! I can't get anything to unlock even though it's all deleted and Uninstalled. Not an app to use. Horrible. ETA: I reached out. They claimed it was apples settings. When I said those settings are not on. And I've only had this issue since downloading this app. They stopped responding.

This worked great for a few weeks. Now in order for it to block as scheduled it requires my child to acknowledge the notification or it just stays unblocked. Kids aren't dumb so he knows to ignore the notification. As of last night his phone stays unblocked indefinitely. I contacted support with my problem and I get generic responses only. Now I can't even remove the app because it won't take my email and password. THIS APP IS AWFUL!
