Reviews for Package Tracker - pkge Mobile

gave me accurate travel logs, though the delivery location on the visual could be a little bit more accurate. grateful for the app itself due to not being able to track the package I was waiting for

10 quid a week to track a parcel? I think not, uninstalled as soon as that price tag turned up. and looking at other reviews, im not even going to try it.

Terrible app. It hasn't been able to provide any tracking for the information I entered thus far. I am trying the free trial, but have decided to cancel before the full version takes effect. However, there's no way to cancel from the app.

Exceptionally poor app, it doesn't have proper data and info about the parcel and even if you pay.... Too poor experience to recommend !

I tried to cancel the subscription as soon as I realized this didn't do what it said. It isn't easy at all to navigate through to where you think you need to be. Every ad makes it looks like the place to get information but it isn't. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

so this is the app provided to me in my order confirmation email, sent from China thru China post, completely useless, now I could understand if it was the shipping service over there why it didn't tell me anything, but once it came thru customs and transferred to USPS, both scans should have showed up, gets to my mailbox and the tracker still absolutely no info , said ur package my not have shipped yet, this app did not track even one single step past shipping label created. absolute waste.

This app sure isn't worth $9.99 a week. Paid it and all the info I got was "your package hasn't been sent". Typical of China purchases, it's been processing for 14 days so I don't know what "sent"means I guess. 8/23/25 It's on the airplane to the USA as of today but I didn't get that onfo from this app. It still says the package hasn't been sent yet!!

I could not get this app to work properly. I'd put in the tracking number and it would pull some foreign shipper and would not allow me to correct the information. Then it would freeze and close the program. I tried to get it to work for almost a week. It was more stress that I didn't need. I cancelled, uninstalled and requested refund multiple times and HAVE BEEN IGNORED BY THE DEVELOPER. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

Doesnt work at all for me. keeps coming up as pending and even displays the wrong courier service tgat provided the tracking number, yet on another app it shows me exactly where the driver is on GPS and exactly who sent it. Maybe it works better for other services. But for me...useless.

Good tracking app. Only thing I would change would be the option to sort deliveries according to how many days until delivery. Seems like an obvious and simple option to have. As of now, you can only sort them alphabetically, by date of adding, and by date of last update. I prefer to see the ones I'm getting next up top. Still worth getting though.

I will leave a review after I actually receive my package since it's been in transit for 38 days. HOWEVER, the time I had the app, I would say it wasn't worth the 2 day Trial whenever the tracking kept saying my package never moved. With all the sites out that that is free that does this same thing, it would just be best to make it free for people to track their packages or at least the ones that are taking redundant amount of time. So the trial should be at least 30 days or something.

A good start, but needs a lot more work. Generally speaking, the app is not bad, but the customization options like sort by estimated delivery date are lacking, and the eBay package tracking doesn't work at all, it hangs and I can't even start over. Also, how does an app like this not have a widget??? Once these issues are resolved, I'll think about revising my rating.

Not too difficult to use, but doesn't always select the correct carrier for international packages. The Google Maps feature doesn't work in the tracking. Contacted support, but never received a response. I am not too sure how often it polls for updates, sometimes it's quick and most of the time it takes hours or overnight. For the most part you have to manually refresh tracking.

This app used to be awesome and had used it for several years. Then on Feb. 10, the newest update included a new paywall for all packages to auto-update from now on. And at $9.99 PER WEEK?! Not worth a resident to keep anymore, so I finally closed my account and uninstalled the app. You made a mistake doing this to your primary clientele and you're gonna find that out pretty quick.

It's really a manual tracking program. You have to keep logging out and logging back in of each individual service to make the product work. As someone ordering a few packages every day that means I have to login and out constantly. Bought the subscription and deleting already. Don't make my mistake and save your money. Better off just using the provider apps (,ups, USPS, FedEx) until something better comes along.

I wish they offered a trial subscription because it doesn't feel worth it. I really dislike the oversimplification. They hardly give you any information. Especially when tracking international packages. Most of the time they don't list the current location. One of mine simply says "Post office collection." That could be true for China or the US. It doesn't say. I have to go to the actual shipping site to check. I paid for a service to do a job that I still end up having to do for myself.

Complete garbage! The first tracking number that I entered showed that the package had already been in transit for over 737,000 days! I checked the number to be sure that I didn't make a typo. I didn't. I figured it would all straighten itself out. It didn't. Plus, now that I have entered four more tracking numbers and all of the packages have arrived over the past week, yet this app still shows them as being in transit . . . well that's enough proof for me. This app sucks!

A lot of the features (like auto sync status) is not only essential but also available for free with other apps. However this one requires payment to activate. Without bringing anything else dramatically novel to the table, there's really no reason to use this app vs the dozens of other free alternatives that are way more feature packed and at a better deal.

The home screen does not display when packages will arrive. Instead it shows you how many days the package has been in transit. I don't really care how long a package has been in transit, but rather when it will arrive. If packages are arriving today, I will look for them, change my schedule, etc. If you drill down, you can find the date a package will arrive if available, but there is no option to display that on the home screen. Why not?? The app does not contain or use a simple scanner to convert barcodes to tracking numbers, so you have to do that manually. The app is pretty good at tracking packages, so that's a plus, but it often has a hard time determining the shipper and displays several options for you to select from. More importantly, and why just two starts, the developer is unresponsive to suggestions (given above) even though I have purchased in full the app.

Works, when it works. Either the author isn't updating the trackings correctly or is intentionally not updating some trackings. Using the providers website, I can clearly see that the shipment is out and set to be delivered today. The author shows the shipment as 'pending', and it will not update the status in his app, even after deleting it and re-adding it, it remains 'pending'. And he's asking for money for it? The asking price is extremely high for what little is offered.
