I've spent too much already but the app is fun and easy to learn...easy to shop and find things from all over ina way that y just can't do from anywhere else

Lot of glitches. Sometimes I can't see the auctions running and I miss out on plants I want. Also seeing sellers under "plants" that aren't selling plants

Don't bother unless you are in the USA. You can't even watch the lives or see shops on the app. You can only watch on the website but not interact with the chat.

Experience this app for yourself, if you find interest in houseplants and thier varieties and would like to learn more, purchase them at great prices, and enjoy the instructional seller videos (live), download this app. You can even chat directly with real-time sellers and ask questions or compliment thier products while the sales are active. Unique Experience, Highly Recommend. They also sell the items you need to help your plants succeed, like grow lights, display stands, and more.

filtering out sold items does not work. my very 1st purchase has to be cancelled and refunded as the app still made a sold item available for purchase. unstable app does not inspire user confidence.

So I apply to go live on PS. They denied Me reasoning because I don't have enough Social reaction and no selling experience. if You go to PS there are tons of lives with hardly any interaction. It's really disappointing that They get to pick and choose who They want instead of giving that Person a chance. PS should really take into consideration People who want to try but it's a greedy Company. I will go to Another platform instead of this one

The app is generally good and I have had many successful purchases over the past month. But I'm unable to submit any reviews. the submit button just sits there and doesn't react to being pressed.

love my palmstreet app ❤️ my wallet hates it tho lol it's great to meet the sellers on lives and get personalized care instructions and advice. it's also amazing to see the exact plant your buying on a live instead of a photo where it's hard to tell the size the varigation ect. this app has actually pushed me into being a seller myself after finding such great deals. I want to tell everyone about it but at the same time I want to keep it my own little secret!

Wonderful app for plant buyers. Seamless auctions and checkout... just a really genius idea for the plant trade. However, the guidelines, functionality of the behind the scenes are in serious need of help. It's obvious they have not had a legal team collaborate with them on their policies and guidelines when it comes to the businesses of the sellers (the people who make them their money) For example, When you are holding money earned prior to a suspension, you're playing with fire, legally.

As a platform and community it's pretty great. As a functioning app it falls short if good in my opinion. The camera quality is so inconsistent it makes it frustrating to stream. I sell gemstones and small mineral specimens that usually require a close focal length which my brand new phone can definitely do but the app can't. I'm comparing my relatively new experience with this app to my over 2 years on WhatNot which honestly runs so much smoother from the seller perspective in a few aspects.

I have been using the app since the beginning. Palmstreet has continued to evolve, some positive, but a lot more negative. There are constantly glitches on the app. They now protect dishonest sellers. I have been trying to get help with an order that was partly missing and not sent as promised. Both the seller and Palmstreet have been unhelpful. Palmstreet does not protect its buyers, so I would use caution when purchasing on this app. Once the transaction is made,good luck if you need support.

This app is unusable garbage. Firstly, it shows that I have a payment method added under profile settings but every time I tried to bid on a plant, it says add payment method and will not retain it, no matter how many times i selected it. Now today, it is showing me as the username they originally gave me although I changed it and it showed correctly yesterday. Very glitchy to the point that it is a waste of time.

It was mostly awesome until it wouldn't let me upload more plants beyond 101 without paying. The watering schedule in this app wants my plants to die from overwatering. I used it as a checklist during watering rather than for a schedule. Not anymore though since I can't add the rest of my plants without subscribing. Great experiences with plant purchasing in this app.

I really want to utilize this app, especially after one of my favorite growers recommended it, but it is completely unusable at this time. Even after granting permissions to use my camera and microphone, when I go to take a picture, it only displays a black screen. If I try to upload a photo from my gallery, it prompts me to change my permission settings to allow the app to access my gallery...which I already have! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but nothing changes.

A surprisingly horrible experience. My second purchase, I was given a total, agreed to pay that total and paid it. Seems simple. Until I got a notification I had been charged $10 more for shipping that I was told was FREE in bold green letters when checking out. After reaching out to customer service they provided no assistance and tried to pass accountability to the seller. What palmstreet did is illegal. Buyer beware and check your totals before and after purchase. Use a credit card.

Great product and community, but deceptive business practices. I was told I would be reimbursed for shipping costs on an item, but in reality they sent me a credit in my app when asked about this they advised that since they had applied a credit they could not reimburse my shipping costs. Also, if you become inactive for a certain ammount of time guess what happens to that credit? It goes away. This is not at all okay and a terrible way to earn people's business. $50 down the drain.

Please please please add "when to prune" under how to grow! This is something I never remember for my plants (yard and potted) and it's so annoying to look each one up individually, just to forget by next season. If it's a certain time if year, twice a year, after done flowering, clean up as needed, etc. And how often to fertilize would be nice too. I'd LOVE to have all my plants with those quick facts, all in one app!

Sellers are great!! Prices are FANTASTIC!! Just be prepared to deal with 'features' that override your notification settings in the app AND override the settings on your phone unless ALL notifications are off. Went to support and it was called a 'feature'. The biggest issue w this is it steals from sellers. They get discounts for bookmarks on events. If notify is off, you cannot bookmark.

I love the idea but the execution is lacking. The concept of live shows, purges, and regular listings is great! Despite that, the app barely functions. Want to buy more than one item at a time in a store? Sorry you can't. Want to save an item to buy later or as a wishlist item for the future? Nope that doesn't exist. Do you want to not have to scroll through sold listings when looking at a store? Nope! Listings are in chronological order and the sold ones are just mixed in.

I used to love this app, but it has serious, concerning bugs and I can't trust it anymore. I bid on an item, and the app glitched out and placed a much higher bid. Customer service said that is normal when there are many people bidding quickly. I'm sorry, what? You make my bid not happen, you don't increase it without my consent. Buggy and poor customer service.
