I've spent too much already but the app is fun and easy to learn...easy to shop and find things from all over ina way that y just can't do from anywhere else
Lot of glitches. Sometimes I can't see the auctions running and I miss out on plants I want. Also seeing sellers under "plants" that aren't selling plants
Don't bother unless you are in the USA. You can't even watch the lives or see shops on the app. You can only watch on the website but not interact with the chat.
Experience this app for yourself, if you find interest in houseplants and thier varieties and would like to learn more, purchase them at great prices, and enjoy the instructional seller videos (live), download this app. You can even chat directly with real-time sellers and ask questions or compliment thier products while the sales are active. Unique Experience, Highly Recommend. They also sell the items you need to help your plants succeed, like grow lights, display stands, and more.
filtering out sold items does not work. my very 1st purchase has to be cancelled and refunded as the app still made a sold item available for purchase. unstable app does not inspire user confidence.
So I apply to go live on PS. They denied Me reasoning because I don't have enough Social reaction and no selling experience. if You go to PS there are tons of lives with hardly any interaction. It's really disappointing that They get to pick and choose who They want instead of giving that Person a chance. PS should really take into consideration People who want to try but it's a greedy Company. I will go to Another platform instead of this one
The app is generally good and I have had many successful purchases over the past month. But I'm unable to submit any reviews. the submit button just sits there and doesn't react to being pressed.
love my palmstreet app ❤️ my wallet hates it tho lol it's great to meet the sellers on lives and get personalized care instructions and advice. it's also amazing to see the exact plant your buying on a live instead of a photo where it's hard to tell the size the varigation ect. this app has actually pushed me into being a seller myself after finding such great deals. I want to tell everyone about it but at the same time I want to keep it my own little secret!
Wonderful app for plant buyers. Seamless auctions and checkout... just a really genius idea for the plant trade. However, the guidelines, functionality of the behind the scenes are in serious need of help. It's obvious they have not had a legal team collaborate with them on their policies and guidelines when it comes to the businesses of the sellers (the people who make them their money) For example, When you are holding money earned prior to a suspension, you're playing with fire, legally.
As a platform and community it's pretty great. As a functioning app it falls short if good in my opinion. The camera quality is so inconsistent it makes it frustrating to stream. I sell gemstones and small mineral specimens that usually require a close focal length which my brand new phone can definitely do but the app can't. I'm comparing my relatively new experience with this app to my over 2 years on WhatNot which honestly runs so much smoother from the seller perspective in a few aspects.
