The Panda Express app is an easy way to order your favorite Chinese-American food. Beijing Beef is the best entre! The process to order is straightforward, and what I love most is how easy it is to make changes. If you want to add or remove an item or even adjust the portion sizes, the app makes it a seamless process. ​One of the app's best features is the Panda Rewards program. Your points are clearly displayed at the top of the screen. Did I mention that Beijing Beef is the BOMB!

Good until it wasn't. If you order a lot, this app was great for racking up points. It would also offer extra perks monthly when you purchase something for that month. However, I had recently gotten offered double points if you spend over $25. Of course low and behold it did not give me my double points. I could not redeem unless I place the order online which it failed to mention and I only figured it out when I had to order something online for my friend but of course it was under $25.

Great food, decent prices, and easy to use. The rewards add up fairly quickly, and you get things you actually want, too. Just wish they would add more characters for special instructions so I could more clearly communicate what I need, instead of having to speak like an illiterate caveman, lol. All in all, great app. Makes ordering Panda fast and simple.

We love using the app and food. The app has gotten a lot better. Many issues were fixed. Sometimes there are still quirks. Before the final order is placed they need to ask one more time if it is for delivery or pickup. Many times we ordered pickup assuming we were ordering delivery. We had to pay twice and were refunded eventually - not immediately. So clarifying which type of food dispersal you are placing before final payment will help. Subtracted a star for this issue.

There was an ad for a deal in my app. it awards a free medium size a la carte item for orders $25 or over. I ordered a meal totaling $55. At the checkout, there was an error message about the promotion is not valid on this order. This has happened previously on all my online orders. Scam advertising should report to BBB. The food is good.

Edit- The app now refuses to take "ASAP" orders half the time. Would be convenient if it worked reliably. The app itself works great, but after ordering a meal, it pushes several junk "offers" to sign up for irrelevant services. I'm not interested in any of it, but there's no clear way to turn it off permanently. Those offers shouldn't be pushed through this app in the first place. Would be five stars, but this behavior is unacceptable from a restaurant app.

The app has definitely been improved, it seems much easier to use. Previously there wasn't an option to select sauce's. I was happy to discover those options are now available when ordering on the app. Also there is a box to add notes which is convenient. In the past when trying to order unsweet tea online there was no option for unsweetened tea. Now I'm can request that in the note box. 😊

Good app with fairly decent capabilities. I ordered dinner for my family tonight and it was easy to get it done. Beware... The more you order the more time you have to wait to get your order. I guess, whatever so we waited the extra time. Wife was complaining though, blah, blah, blah lol ... I was like we have to wait. That's what it says, it's not me it's the app that added that time. ha ha ha. So yeah that's how it went. ✌️

customer support is terrible if you're unlucky enough to need it. there's also an update to ordering takeout with "pick-up windows" which suck completely. you show up and give your name and they make it right there - so the eta for pick-up time is worthless - and they make each order one at a time and in it's entirety before getting to the 2nd person, so you're regularly waiting more than five minutes for the next person to get to give their name at the window.

this app has never worked for me. I have downloaded it, deleted it and downloaded again. I have tried multiple payment options and multiple credit cards. each time I try to order food it gives me the same error. "We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again." I repeat, I have tried multiple payment options and cards... it never puts the order through.

Unlike other food order apps, this one is a pleasure to use. It doesn't get confusing, it only occasionally flips me an error and it doesn't take forever for me to place an order. I absolutely HATE filling up my phone memory with the need for a different app for EVERY place I order food from or do business with but this app at least functions like it's supposed to.

Been a rewards member for years now and everything worked in the past, but i ordered for the first time in over a year and when i went to check out it had an issue with payment with 4 different cards that shouldn't have any issues, then I tried PayPal and the charge went through on one of those cards, but the order didn't go through. had to waste 40 minutes getting ahold of support to get the charge taken off my card. Support lady was nice and helpful, but this app and the website are garbage.

Bad Panda! In a hurry to place an online order, the app ran thru an update - the first item on the protein list was HOT orange chicken. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat our dinner becauseit was too spicy. I'm sure I won't be the only one making this mistake. Panda Express should list both the Hot & Original options right under each other to avoid confusion. Customers may order based on the picture, seeing the orange chicken at the top of the list may cause confusion.

I just downloaded it, and tried to sign it and all it did was give me a white screen before returning to the app, not logging me in. I tried to sign in 4 time before giving up. what's the point of a membership if it won't sign me in? app is slow, and it started to warm up my phone. my phone isn't old, but it's not new either, I had it for 8 months. Don't use if your Hangry, it'll make you not want the food.

If I could get this app/company a negative star review... I WOULD. Worst costumer relations I've ever experienced (or should I say lack thereof). I have had numerous issues with locations, ordering, and payments when using their app. NUMEROUS times I've reached out for customer support. I've sent numerous emails requesting a call back. NOT ONCE has ANYONE from Panda Express attempted call or email me back. 👎

It gives you rewards very rarely and doesn't offer incentives to order. Have to look online for deals or coupons. Its also blatantly misleading, saying your next order will give you a coupon next time. so i order, and then i get nothing. I feel very, very ripped off. I feel like I should change to a 1 star, but I'll stick to my original 2 star.

Yes, I agree with others that the app seems more user friendly and easier to place orders. I'll change my review to 5 stars when I'm able to store a gift card on the app, like many other fast food restaurants. Another issue, my phone doesn't even give the option to let a gift card be added to payment, but my husband's will allow it. The app on both our phones are updated to latest version, so that doesn't make sense. Download the app and walk right in to pick up your meal. Don't wait in line!!

The app does it's job just fine, my only problem with it is how bad the monthly good fortunes have been. Like getting a free bowl only if I purchase two plates, or getting a free fountain drink for spending at least $25. That's way too much food for one person and hardly worth the expense in the long run. The offers tab also never has offers. I have a hard time justifying revisiting the restaurant when the company is being so stingey with its customer loyalty benefits.

Much improved! The app used to be a real pain to use, but they've got things running smoothly. Now it's a breeze to use. My only complaint is that when I order online for pick-up in store, it never shows my name on my phone screen when they ask me to confirm the order is mine. They keep having to find the order number and compare instead. Apparently, it doesn't happen with anyone else, just me. Doesn't happen on delivery orders though, just pickup orders. I'm just lucky I guess. 😂

I waited 2 and a half hours just for them to cancel my order. Their app messed up at the store, and showed the order as delivered. I asked for delivery and their only offer was to remake the food IF I WENT TO THE STORE MYSELF. I'm working, that's why I ordered delivery. Don't download this app or order from them. They don't care if they waste your time or even try to make things right.
