There are too many issues. It automatically removes all ingredients from the sandwich every time you pick Customize in the sandwich section. In Baked Goods Feast, it doesn't let you add any item to replace out of stock items. So you end up with three items in '6-pack'. Says You've reached the limit.

I wanted to touch base with you about the promo that was running, the one where you get 20% off when you add 2 items to your order. I tried to take advantage of it, but things got a bit confusing. I ended up adding around 15-16 items to my cart, and when I tried to apply the promo code, it said "sorry, ineligible items" and asked if I wanted to add something else. Would it be possible to clarify which items are eligible for the promo? That way, we can avoid any confusion in the future!

app no longer works after latest update. try logging in and get 'oops, something went wrong' message at the bottom. tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. still won't work. also tried installing app and signing in on my wife's phone to see if it's an issue with my phone, same issue on her phone. both androids. can no longer use my drink club rewards. disappointing

Getting the sip club membership is really worth it, because of the extra rewards it helps to make Panera affordable. They must have recently updated the app, now it has a lot of issues. When trying to redeem a reward if you try to "swap" the app crashes, it also seems to restart out of no where often now. Also some customization options are only available for certain items, example a dressing will sometimes be available for one salad, but not for another. Please fix the rewards swap button!

Panera is where I go only when I can afford to spurgle a little since it's a very pricey option. It's also been apparent for some time that the size of some of their items have become smaller while the prices have either stayed the same or have increased. However, one can't argue with the quality, freshness, and selections in their menu.

Great for ordering with kids in the cafe at a table, great for on the go-stopping by to pick up ur order. Although, I come here all the time. I don't always use the app (u can use #), but now I'm realizing that even when u give them ur phone # at the speaker, u don't get any rewards. Maybe I just don't know what I am doing, but the reward scheme here seems insurmountable. I've been here 18+ times in the past 6 months and have and never had a reward, hmm, it won't keep me from eating here tho.

App needs to be able to provide better ETA estimates for busy restaurants. I arrived a couple minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started yet. And I received a notification after my pick up time which would have been nice to have before I made my way to the restaurant. Not sure where the issue lies here but it was upsetting.

The app is very easy to use. It has many options that allow you to choose how you wish to customize your different food and drink items. It's very easy to apply rewards and use the offers. All the food that I ordered which included a bread bowl soup and a salad were prepared exactly as I asked. Hot items were hot and cold ones were cold.

what is the point of an app if it isn't to customize, createand actually order what you want faster and ahead of time? $7 tiny half sandwich, but I can't ask for no onions? no cream in iced coffee? why isn't that an allergen? $1.19 min piece of bread, but not allowed any butter? why? cart empties itself in seconds, even while you are in the middle of ordering. gotta be quicker, not allowed to review the menu.

Don't use the app delivery option. Order was late, soup was cold and drink was watered down with the ice melted. the app does not offer a reasonable man's of correcting this issue and even though they use Door Dash, there's no way to submit feedback on the drivers or the orders. Submitted my issue on the app and they offered A CREDIT TOWARDS MY NEXT ORDER. There will not be a next order because every recent experience I've had with this restaurant has been a painful waste of my time and money.

Less functionality/control of your order with each update. Have used the app for years, it just gets worse. You can't customize your drink for ice or no ice, you can't request half tea/half lemonade, or splash of milk for your coffee, can't request no side pickle for cold sandwiches, etc. All of the above could previously be done via the simple line for "special introductions" which has been removed. Makes it super hard to order ahead. Poor design for user experience!

"This code is not valid. Please try again." This is all I get when trying to use valid promos or rewards. I can log in on my pc and order just fine using same codes, but this App won't allow any codes. Also, the app does not allow me to enter my correct address, it only allows a pre-defined list from the postal service, which is incorrect and I have had orders go to another location 7 hours from my house. Worthless app, might as well log in through web browser.

The app itself mostly works fine, the up selling pop-ups are a little aggressive and cause friction and delays when you just want to order quick. But recently it's been logging me out and won't let me log back in. I can log in on the website and the tablets in store, but the app doesn't recognize my account, the 2-factor texting a code to my phone never sends no matter how many times I ask, any time of day, any day of the week, it just doesn't work. sometimes reinstalling works, sometimes not.

Overall the app is good. I'd like the ability to add extra ice/ remove ice from drinks or an area to add special instructions. When I want extra dressing for a salad, I would like to be able to also indicate I want the dressing on the side, not choose extra OR on the side. Those are just 2 examples of things that could bring this up to a 5 star from me. The kiosks in the store only allow the same choices. Overall though, I don't have issues using the app.

I have had this app for years, through countless updates, and have been a sip club member. This app, along with their website, for ordering is absolute dogsh!t. Constant crashes and wipes your entire order. It's incredibly frustrating when I have to put in my order several times, often to the point where I just don't care anymore and give up.

Removing items from the cart/basket if its not ordered immediately is a nuisance. I can't use the 'order later' option because I generally don't know when that'll be, so I add everything to the cart so it'll be ready to go once I am. Except I just tried to do that and the cart was empty, so now I get to waste time doing everything again. Awesome! Yes, there could be issues with availability or timing etc, but that's what warning popups are for. Don't just toss the whole thing out the window.

The menu is deep and has tons of options. The UI of the app sometimes gets in the way and leads to errors. Also, the experience in the app varies quite a bit from the web experience, which can be even glitchier. Also, the app behaves differently depending on the store I'm ordering from. Sometimes, the app won't let me order for immediate pickup. I can only assume that different stores have ways to throttle traffic originating on the app. You get no warning that ASAP ordering isn't available

The Panera app has recently become pretty problematic for me. Even when I'm at home and connected to good wifi, some pages don't load and I'm forced to log in several times in a row. The most frequent problem is that I try to view my order to check out and it won't show up or allow me to place the order. I just reinstalled and am still having the issue. if it's not resolved soon, I will cancel my Sips Club for sure-- if I can't order easily in advance, I'm unlikely to order at all.

App works fine, but the UI and overall experience could use polish. I submitted a pickup order and assumed it went through, only to find out later it didn’t process until I woke my phone back up—by then, I was already at the café. Not ideal when you’re in a hurry. Needs better feedback and background processing.

Good and convenient app that makes ordering food quick and easy, with a nice selection of options avaliable how to order (pickup, delivery, curbside, dine-un, drive thru, etc). App has been very glitchy, though, with frequent technical issues including taking a long time to load the page, getting stuck on the same page, freezing and closing the app, and other errors especially when trying to browse the memu and place an order.
