Description
Been using PaperColor for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you paint and doodle on your phone or tablet. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of creative stuff.
Here’s what you do: there’s all these different brushes, colors, and tools to play around with. You can draw freehand, use a ruler, add text, and even mark up photos. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but it’s all pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re into digital art or just wanna waste some time doodling, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – can get a little glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a fun painting app.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on PaperColor. I've tested a bunch of drawing apps and this one's pretty solid. The tools are robust and there's a ton of creative potential, but it can also get a little overwhelming at first. And definitely a learning curve, but once you figure it out, it's a really fun way to get creative on your phone. Compared to some other art apps, the interface is a bit clunky, and I've noticed a few performance issues. But overall, it's a great option if you're into digital painting and don't want to spend a ton of money.

The app is simple and easy to use, with a handful of decent brushes available. I couldn't set the size or image quality, but it's very useful as a sketchbook...
great for quick sketch and color. really like the variety of medium and tools also being able to compare edits side by side
It's really easy to blend if you're using black and white. sadly, there is no blending tool (unless I didn't see it), but overall, the best drawing app I've ever...
