Seriously love this app! It's straightforward and easy to schedule a donation and get paid. The staff at the center are always so warm and welcoming, it makes me look forward to going back. Highly recommend!
I'm very disappointed in the are levels of system because that's how they pay you and at level 7. You can only donate 9 times And then you have to wait a week before you can donate. and they are the only facility that does this.
Easy and great people working every time
App is unusable after update. Notification pops up asking me to click "Refresh" to use latest features, but clicking it does nothing and I get the same notification over and over, can't get around it.
The app works well. Parachute plasma donation centers are everywhere (not just in Paris TX as another user stated) and it isn't a scam. You donate much needed plasma and get money. Super simple. Use the app to keep track of your appointments, how much you've donated, to set up appts, how much money you get and have on your card, and what bonuses you can qualify for each month. Great app and a great program. We are so lucky to have one in our town.
Waste of time why can I only see the nearest location after downloading the app. what was the point of having a website. and the nearest location is an 1hr drive its misleading
Just installed...don't understand app.. I set up an appointment. But there is no address to where it is. I tried texting support but no answer. I'm assuming because it is the weekend that information is not available yet 🤔... also how do I get a card? I have a meta bank card, but its not like the one shown above. Anyone's help would be appreciated.
I never could get started with it. The app never sent me a cide like it was supposed to. Tried it on another phone - same problem. No support could help me either. You can't even ask for help on location. They say you can ONLY make appts through the app. Ridiculous.
Did not have a good experience with this app or in person at Parachute Plasma. The app froze several times. When I went in person to donate I was turned away because I was on 2 mental health meds?? I would understand being turned away if I was on a blood thinner but mental health meds? That makes no sense to me. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
App was working fine until today. Tried to login to schedule an appointment and all my data was missing. Asks me to enter zip code for my location and keep getting error saying no location in area, which is wrong. Please fix bugs from recent update
