This app completely sucks! and does not work. I was at Paris baguette couple of hours ago, I tried scanning receipt, and didn't work, so I entered code manually. It did say I got 21 points from my purchases, from before and still right now my reward balance is 0... i wanna rate this app lower than 1 if I could.
Items are a little pricey but well worth it, especially for special occasions. Their cakes are light and delicious. My favorite item is their strawberry croissant filled with Bavarian cream, expensive at $4.99 but I occasionally indulge whenever I need an extra-special treat.
I haven't had any issues with this app at all. Created an account using my Google account and I can sign in flawlessly, even after getting a new phone. The rewards system is nice and being able to scan a QR when ordering in-person or being able to scan your receipt later is amazing and allows for a lot of flexibility. I wish other rewards app had a similar feature to scan receipts in case you forgot to scan your QR code when making a purchase. I have yet to actually place an order in the app.
My app works great! An alert me when there are offers so I can plan my day. I was surprised last time as I couldn't find the vegan blueberry muffin, but it was displayed on a separate table near the register.
The app was downloaded through Google, which is not working properly. unable to get into my account to enjoy the freebies offered to me using text. ThIS APP IS BOGUS! It appears that there aren't enough issues and low reviews for anything to change! #UninstalledApp
UPDATE: As of 04/12/2024, the app still has several problems like not saving credit card information and showing errors when you try to use your free pastry reward. App is TERRIBLE and not well managed (if managed at all) since it doesn't reflect what's in a store either. AWFUL! Issue making order for pickup. Everytime go to check out it gives me an error message: "oops, error validating basket" Already tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Also parts of the menu are missing on the site.
I cannot figure out how to order anything with the app. It tells me to choose a pickup time, but then says there are no times available so I just get stuck and can't proceed with the order. The business hours on the app are also wrong. It says my nearest location closes at 5PM but that's not true, they are open until 9.
So, what is to say about Paris Baguette? I love the food, love the service. However, the app is terrible. When it reads the QR codes, it sometimes will glitch up, freeze, flicker, sometimes say that this doesn't match it location but then give you the points. Or, it won't give you the points at all. Don't bother asking any of the staff, they are doing their job, giving service in the smile, but they are not IT and they did not create this app. They brush you off with "Call the support line."
Pro's - Great Pastry. The staff is always friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Con's - Some of the pastry is a bit pricey, so get ready to spend a little extra because everything I've ever tasted was amazing. including those pastry sandwiches.
Cannot get the app to respond when I tried to sign up. Tried multiple times so I just uninstalled the app. Perhaps it's not android friendly. Too bad. Love their pastries but will not be ordering online. Plz fix the bugs in the app. You are losing online customers!
