This app completely sucks! and does not work. I was at Paris baguette couple of hours ago, I tried scanning receipt, and didn't work, so I entered code manually. It did say I got 21 points from my purchases, from before and still right now my reward balance is 0... i wanna rate this app lower than 1 if I could.

Items are a little pricey but well worth it, especially for special occasions. Their cakes are light and delicious. My favorite item is their strawberry croissant filled with Bavarian cream, expensive at $4.99 but I occasionally indulge whenever I need an extra-special treat.

I haven't had any issues with this app at all. Created an account using my Google account and I can sign in flawlessly, even after getting a new phone. The rewards system is nice and being able to scan a QR when ordering in-person or being able to scan your receipt later is amazing and allows for a lot of flexibility. I wish other rewards app had a similar feature to scan receipts in case you forgot to scan your QR code when making a purchase. I have yet to actually place an order in the app.

My app works great! An alert me when there are offers so I can plan my day. I was surprised last time as I couldn't find the vegan blueberry muffin, but it was displayed on a separate table near the register.

The app was downloaded through Google, which is not working properly. unable to get into my account to enjoy the freebies offered to me using text. ThIS APP IS BOGUS! It appears that there aren't enough issues and low reviews for anything to change! #UninstalledApp

UPDATE: As of 04/12/2024, the app still has several problems like not saving credit card information and showing errors when you try to use your free pastry reward. App is TERRIBLE and not well managed (if managed at all) since it doesn't reflect what's in a store either. AWFUL! Issue making order for pickup. Everytime go to check out it gives me an error message: "oops, error validating basket" Already tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Also parts of the menu are missing on the site.

I cannot figure out how to order anything with the app. It tells me to choose a pickup time, but then says there are no times available so I just get stuck and can't proceed with the order. The business hours on the app are also wrong. It says my nearest location closes at 5PM but that's not true, they are open until 9.

So, what is to say about Paris Baguette? I love the food, love the service. However, the app is terrible. When it reads the QR codes, it sometimes will glitch up, freeze, flicker, sometimes say that this doesn't match it location but then give you the points. Or, it won't give you the points at all. Don't bother asking any of the staff, they are doing their job, giving service in the smile, but they are not IT and they did not create this app. They brush you off with "Call the support line."

Pro's - Great Pastry. The staff is always friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Con's - Some of the pastry is a bit pricey, so get ready to spend a little extra because everything I've ever tasted was amazing. including those pastry sandwiches.

Cannot get the app to respond when I tried to sign up. Tried multiple times so I just uninstalled the app. Perhaps it's not android friendly. Too bad. Love their pastries but will not be ordering online. Plz fix the bugs in the app. You are losing online customers!

This app is terrible... I thought it was a great idea till it crashed. I've tried to uninstall, reinstall... and logged back in to my account; got the password wrong, tried to reset password multiple for 2 days, and nothing! It will not tell me why the new password will not work and I'm not able to make a different account with a different email either... don't waste your time downloading this!!

I don't know why for the past 10 minutes of me trying to sign in to my newly made account is not working in this app. I put my email and password right then I get "wrong" for not picking the right pictures to be a robot. THEN, the sign in is an error! I had to contentedly close and open the app just to Retry my sign in only to get the recrypta "wrong" then get an error to try again! Rinse and repeat! Please kink the app or unless I'm doing something wrong.

I made a purchase of a cake for a loved one's birthday ahead of time, and the order appeared on the history just fine. No confirmation email other than the bank statement, but I figured it would be fine since there was confirmation on the app's ordering history. But lo and behold, I check today and apparently there's no order in the ordering history. I refresh the app. Installed and reinstalled the app. Even checked on a laptop, but no. It's missing my order.

Beautifully arranged pastries in windows that pull you in to look. a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The coffee choices are varied and to my taste, the flavor is more mellow and less sharp than Starbucks. Plenty of seating in a spacious area. The self serve napkin, creamer counter needs to be a bit tidier and they ran out of cream. However, an employee was aware and rushed out to offer the little portable creamers. I recommend the pain de chocolat. Soft yet flaky.

It doesn't even want to let me sign in! I've tried multiple times, and it kept saying error! I tried to forget my password so it can send me an email to reset, but it never sends me anything. I deleted and reinstalled it, hoping it would let me sign in, but it keeps making these verifications, and it keeps making me go back again to the start and saying it's error! Not a good app!

the app kept crashing. i have used it before and was working ok. this time, it kept crashing and not processing the payment. with every payment attempt, i had to start the order all over again. also, if u add items to the cart and then click any other section of the app, you will lose the items in the cart, and you have to start the oder all over from the start. i had to uninstall the app and install it a couple of times before it eventually worked. needs a lot of improvements.

Very tasty food, and yay discounts and points! Lol (Cannot find a way to contact about app stuff that doesn't have my phone literally ask if I want to open the Burger King app in order to give app feedback? Idk how that would even work, I'm not trying it. I just wanted to change my birthday that somehow inputted wrong. I get that's locked probably so no one tries to change their birthday a bunch for free cake but it's annoying to see it be a full three weeks early and have to track that)

Should have placed order on website. I was placing an order for a specialty cake for birthday. The order went through and I got text message too but the receipt cannot be emailed. The app throws error while sending error message. Past order doesn't reflect the right status, if it does then it contradicts with the workflow of sending text message. No order # on text msg. And one cannot reset the password. Bad interface and UI design. Poor testing, how did you guys roll out this version of app.

I've just made a purchase at a store and scaned the screen with the UPC code. It showed up the amount shortly after scanning, but while I was trying to leave a review, I opened another app to look for some info, points disappeared. Now, I tried to find the UPC code on my receipt, it's not even there. Point just disappeared and I have no way to retrieve it. Useless app that steal points!!

I think rewards on initial install and membership are very generous. But after that the app pretty much is useless because it only gives discount on extremely expensive items in the store. Don't get me wrong. That sell high quality big goods. But I can find them elsewhere at more reasonable prices. Also, the app keeps sending notifications that do not have any use for my purpose. So I am uninstalling....
