So much better than putting coins in the meter! Can increase time without going back to car, sends notifications when time's running out & saves favorite locations. All make life easier.

Can't even create an account in the app. When it gets to the screen to send yourself an email, the email never sends. Yes I know how to check my junk email. This app is poorly maintained

This app works for parking, but is the largest data sharing app on my phone. Duckduckgo's app tracking claims that it's blocked 33000 data pulls from this app in the last two weeks. I use the app for less than five minutes a month.

I loved this app until one day it quit allowing me to choose my hours and minutes. It defaulted to the max time. PERIOD. I'm uninstalling to reinstall and hoping that fixes the problem. Will let you know.

this app is trash! can't even login/sign up to pay. it sends a link to your email to sign in, clicked the link in email and it takes you back to the parking app. after setting the park duration, it ask you to sign in/sign up again! this loops continuously until I simply deleted it. Trash!

It would be 5 stars if I could receive text notifications when the meter is about to run out. There's a setting available that's supposed to enable text notifications but I never receive them.

I couldn't look at parking prices until I entered a credit card and a vehicle license plate. I'm just trying to get some prices here!! I don't believe the rating on this app. It is NOT used friendly.

Constantly looses all of your data. You're running late to something, or even on time, but then you go to pay your parking and they've logged you out and you can't log back in. When you are finally able to log in, they've lost your credit card information and/or your parking codes. The worst part is that because they have an illegal monopoly on all the parking in Houston and surrounding areas, there is no incentive to improve. It will probably have to come down to a class action lawsuit.

I use this app seceral times a week. I receive notification before my parking expires. There's an option to extend parking. I haven't had issues with tickets and all receipts are sent to my email which makes it easy to track.

Can no longer choose hours and minutes, but must use max parking. On Android. FIX THIS! Update - This has gotten worse. I no longer use app. Charges a fee and one must park maximum time on street bc choosing length of time is no longer an option. Don't use if you value your money.

The login issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Currently, users are required to log in via an email link, which redirects them back to the app without resolving the issue. This prevents users from paying for parking, rendering the app ineffective.

Process to login is broken for existing users. Providing email sends a link which goes back to the application without any change or prompt for further action. Not sure why it doesn't proceed like most apps with email + password with some email verification if warranted. Effectively makes the app unusable.

It does it's job for me with paying for parking in downtown Houston Texas. My only bad thoughts are it can be a bit confusing to use on your first go around, it is difficult and or hard to find out on how to delete old expired cards. It does auto select the first card you have on file for those that have multiple cards on file, finally if you have multiple vehicles it does auto select the first vehicle on you list. If those things weren't so err I would of ratted 5*.

Easy to use and super convenient for parking. Only improvement would be if they could update the app so we could pay for specific amounts of time and have price adjust accordingly. Some areas have a minimum 1 hour or 3 hours but if I am only gonna stay for a minute or 2 I would like that option

I downloaded the app, made a reservation. Showed up and the attendant told me they were full and could not honor my reservation. I specifically used this app as the process SPECIFICALLY said they would not give away my spot.. I had to pay for parking elsewhere. Then when I contacted them to get my refund, I have received no reply on several attempts. I have uninstalled and will never reinstall.

the app doesn't work. to use it. you need to log in. it sends a email because you need to click on a link through email to log in. the email loads the browser, brings you to the app to start over. nothing loads in the app, it just restarts Everytime. such a waste of time and effort.

Terrible is a polite description for this app! When it was ParkMobile exclusively, it worked much better but now it's just junk! I've been waiting for about 10 -15 minutes for the login code but it hasn't been delivered to my email. Sorry that I lost my old account on ParkMobile when my other phone failed but this is a joke! Back to school for whomever authored this atrocity!! Simply put ParkHouston - DO BETTER!!!

Their app is fine when it works, but it hasn't worked for me in over 9 months. It refuses to let me login to my account because they don't use the standard username and password login options like every other account. Even their web app uses basic login method. I've tried discussing the issue with their customer service multiple times and they have been less than helpful. I check it every so often to see if they've updated the app to work normally, but no luck yet. Thankfully their web app works

I had nothing but trouble logging in and it selected by default car which I never selected because I had to completely log back in. It never gave me my vehicle options and just automaticly selected my other car. I had to use a whole other parking session to change it. Not even a 5 second. To 1 min chance to change it after the fact. I get the not allowing it in the middle part, but not a short window to change to one of your other cars. thats BS. And there is zero help on app.
