So much better than putting coins in the meter! Can increase time without going back to car, sends notifications when time's running out & saves favorite locations. All make life easier.
Can't even create an account in the app. When it gets to the screen to send yourself an email, the email never sends. Yes I know how to check my junk email. This app is poorly maintained
This app works for parking, but is the largest data sharing app on my phone. Duckduckgo's app tracking claims that it's blocked 33000 data pulls from this app in the last two weeks. I use the app for less than five minutes a month.
I loved this app until one day it quit allowing me to choose my hours and minutes. It defaulted to the max time. PERIOD. I'm uninstalling to reinstall and hoping that fixes the problem. Will let you know.
this app is trash! can't even login/sign up to pay. it sends a link to your email to sign in, clicked the link in email and it takes you back to the parking app. after setting the park duration, it ask you to sign in/sign up again! this loops continuously until I simply deleted it. Trash!
It would be 5 stars if I could receive text notifications when the meter is about to run out. There's a setting available that's supposed to enable text notifications but I never receive them.
I couldn't look at parking prices until I entered a credit card and a vehicle license plate. I'm just trying to get some prices here!! I don't believe the rating on this app. It is NOT used friendly.
Constantly looses all of your data. You're running late to something, or even on time, but then you go to pay your parking and they've logged you out and you can't log back in. When you are finally able to log in, they've lost your credit card information and/or your parking codes. The worst part is that because they have an illegal monopoly on all the parking in Houston and surrounding areas, there is no incentive to improve. It will probably have to come down to a class action lawsuit.
I use this app seceral times a week. I receive notification before my parking expires. There's an option to extend parking. I haven't had issues with tickets and all receipts are sent to my email which makes it easy to track.
Can no longer choose hours and minutes, but must use max parking. On Android. FIX THIS! Update - This has gotten worse. I no longer use app. Charges a fee and one must park maximum time on street bc choosing length of time is no longer an option. Don't use if you value your money.
