Tried logging into the app to park, two weeks apart. Internal server error and my information is wiped. I tried different emails and it won't take or save my license plate, payment info, or anything else. There's no support fix and I've already downloaded, uninstalled, cleared cache, and everything else to troubleshoot. Nothing is working. Update 8/27/25, I submitted a support request and also emailed the feedback email address on 8/18/25. no response, no support. I had to pay the ticket anyway
Reviews for ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go.
← Back to ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go.Been going back and forth with customer service for 5 days now. The ai chat bot drops instead of connecting, and email responce is once a day. I've logged in and out of my account multiple times, when I go to vehicles I get "we're sorry please start over and try again". when I go into the settings page I get "unauthorized". I know this is the right account as I can see all my previous transactions in the history. Telling me to uninstall and install the app over and over is NOT the answer.
I've never been a heavy user of yjis spp, but I've had it installed on a few phones over the last few years and it always worked fine. Until this year. First problem was I had to re-log in and it worked okay that time. Next time, same problem, but I didn't have time to mess with it, used coins. Today, I persisted. Got stuck in loop of enter email, receive return email, hit button to log in, was sent back to world map (zone search did nothing) zoom to zone, enter email, repeat. Useless.
Tried using the app to pay for parking, and would not let me. message kept saying internal error. I have an account already, none of my info was there. had to go to the website, and even the website was giving me trouble. should be an option also to stay more than 4 hours max... instead of having to pay again. not to mention max extension is 30 minutes.
I used to be able to just open the app and be able to pay for parking seamlessly. But this week, it started logging me out after 30 minutes, and I have to use a verification code sent to my email just to check that my parking hasn't expired. It's annoying, but at least it worked. Just now, I tried to log in to see how much longer I had on my meter, and it gave me the message "email provided does not match a ParkMobile account." So, now I guess I can't even use the app?
this app is buggy, doesn't allow for purchasing through the app easily when there is a business with a discount code, and only allows up to 30 days without any options for auto renewing or easier "repeat" reservations. also for the days I've forgotten to do this the night before, you get stuck because you can't reserve at the exact time it is when you arrive, you have to reserve 15 minutes later...which means I cant get into my reserved garage. ALSO, the app doesn't synch my paid reservations.
Got the app because a family member was having a problem with the app & it taking a payment. So, I signed up & filled everything out. Entered the zone number & payment & the amount of hours & kept getting "We could not calculate the price for this parking session. Try again or restart the session." this happened many times even when restarting the session & the phone. This is the same problem the other family member had. Trying to pay with the app & being forced to use the kios or get a ticket
New UI update is a step in the wrong direction. There is apparently no history of my previous parking zones as there was before, so I have to manually type in the zone I park in literally every day. Additionally, someone decided to make the parking duration a slider/circle, and the only way to select the time is to pick it in military time? There doesn't seem to be a way to decide between AM/PM. Really wish these UI/UX decisions would be better thought through.
Nothing works. Asks for basic information like your birthday but the month field doesn't scroll past July. I guess this app is only for people born January to July. Asks for an email to send notifications but won't save the email address. Tried saving multiple times. I'm thinking I won't be using this app for parking. It they're this bad at making an app I'm not about to trust you with my credit card number.
I got robbed, never gave me the option to choose how long I wanted to park and automatically charged me for 8 hours. and zero customer service. first and last time I will be using this app update: If only I would have use the kiosk in the parking lot. it allowed you to pay by the selected amount of hours. I got the app for (convenience) app charged me for amount of hours Park is open. and tries to blame the park for the app charging me. customer service is automated sorry for your convenience
Outside of the laughable settlement, I've noticed recently that they rob me of a full minute of time. the last three times I've used it, I have parked for five minutes, to run into my UPS box real quick. I notice that as soon as I pay, it starts the timer at 3:59. Not 5:00, not 4:59. A full minute is missing. How can I pay for 5 minutes of parking and receive 5 minutes of parking? It might not amount to much, but it is theft nonetheless.
Redesigned app with a nice UI. 10/10 for that. Negative points for Product and Design team. They didn't consider most basic use case: Most of the daily users who pay bit extra for using this app are looking for convenience and literally have max of 2 minutes to get to station to not miss the train and wait for next 30 minutes. For these users, from previous design where only 2 clicks were required, you increased that to 7 steps to confirm card, time, etc that do not ever change for daily parkin
The recent "upgrade" is terrible. It no longer remembers the parking code I have to use, so I have to manually enter it all the time. Then instead of just being able to quickly start parking using my defaults like before, I have then go to a window and chose a payment method (of which I only have one...), but we're not done yet. Then I have to choose for how many days (only allows single days where I park) before it finally lets me park. Even then, it nags me to enable notifications every time!
ParkMobile might be OK for paying for new parking, but the app is terrible for accessing existing reservations that are already paid. First you log into the app by entering your email address and a code they email you. Then you see a big "Reservations" button, but that's only for making a new reservation. Click on it and it takes you to their website, where you must log in yet again. Then click on the menu icon and "Reservations," where you'll find current reservations. Don't bother with the app
Took a great app and made it worse. I can no longer see my reservations in the app. I'm directed to the website where I have to authenticate again. Can no longer save reservations to Google Wallet either. the app is now useless to me as I paid for a season of parking passes. I don't need to pay for immediate parking. I need access to my already paid reservation.
App has entirely stopped working. Tried to use it the other day and kept getting internal service errors. Tried logging in on my computer and kept getting stuck in activation loops. Tried reinstalling the app, and none of my data is in the account anymore, and I'm getting more service errors and notes to start again. I don't know what y'all did, the app used to work fine and now literally no elements of it work. Developer asked me to send further info and then immediately closed the ticket.
Took my payment and then said the lot is closed with no history of the transaction. I paid via the physical kiosk instead. 20 minutes later I received a receipt email from parkmobile for the transaction as if it had succeeded. The app still says I have no current parking session, my history has no session at the lot, yet it took my money anyway. Avoid this app if you have another option to park, the payment processing clearly has some major issues. UPDATE: My support request is still unanswered.
Before the update, I had different zones saved and labeled. Now they're gone with no visible way to add them back. Supposedly this makes it easier to use. Every time I launch it, it wants my location. I say no. Every. Single. Time. It keeps sending notifications about how much time I have left. I swipe it away because I left but it instantly reappears. Every app these days seems to be made even worse with no user testing, stripping features and called an "improvement".
Terrible app. Had to go to the website to try and get my payment for the meter submitted. Ended up having to go to the kiosk and run my card without the app. Everytime I tried to create an account or login, it would throw me back to the very beginning. Frustrating when you have 30 minutes for lunch and spend 15 of it fighting an app in the middle of downtown Little Rock, Arkansas.. Terrible!!
Whatever you did caused the app to stop working. The zones don't show on the map. Type in zone and it is asking me what city when I'm clearly standing in the one showing on my map. Then it tells me my payment method isn't accepted without giving any other option (even though all payment methods are shown in a little graphic.) Had to use the website to pay. Very frustrating when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to stand around for 15 minutes trying to pay for parking.
