We use this app at the Haunted House I work for and over all it has been fantastic

An awesome, easy to use, very user friendly app to track tickets and I’m person sales especially when dealing with large amounts of attendees. It helps reduce the wait time when redeeming ticket sales. I love it!!!

Unable to Login. Couldn’t even create an account.

Can’t even log in. The login button depresses but nothing happens. Terrible UI experience.

So far it’s working great for us, and it will definitely streamline things for our concert series this year. The customer service may be the best I have ever encountered. they are right there with an answer in the chat window usually within minutes.

This app does not work on 2 of my android devices. It has really made it hard for us to use our card reader and now it will not work on my phone which is what we had to resort to, in order to take credit cards. Dont plan on using this app unless you […]
