I keep getting error code 4 failure to load video renew license. I just started to get this message for over a week on my android device. My iPhone has no problems I've tired all the trouble shooting problem with my service provider and I am still unable to watch. I love this streaming app and this is the first time I have had to this problem. So on that alone I have to give 3 stars but hopefully soon I can move it up to 5 stars because that's what you deserve.

Bought a gift subscription for a family member and they sent me a non working code. They told me they'd send me a new one. Three weeks later and no code. Asked for a refund (as is reasonable since this was supposed to be a gift) and was told that refunds went against their terms and conditions. Considering how many folks I've told this to who've cancelled their subscription, it would have been cheaper for them to refund me.

When I download a streaming app that requires a monthly subscription I expect it to work. The movies constantly pause themselves. That's incredibly annoying in the middle of a movie. Especially when it's costly me $6 a month. Plus the limited content on it.

I love my Passionflix app. I've been a subscriber since the beginning of Passionflix, and I originally watched the movies on my laptop. Once I found out that I could use the app on my phone to screen mirror with my smart TV, I promptly downloaded the app! Now, it's the only way I watch the movies. It's great having the app on my phone because I can access my account anywhere and anytime. It also works a lot better as an app than on my laptop because there were times I had horrible connectivity issues between my laptop and the wifi. Passionflix has done an absolute amazing job bringing our beloved books to life, making content we can all enjoy, and also offering merchandise from their original movies that you can't get anywhere else.

I really like Passionflix and all the movies it created, however, it is costly for a once-a-month new movie, unlike other movie platforms where you can watch a lot of old and new movies. Passionflix is very limited, but all original and book adaptations, so I may leave and come back again with my subscription whenever there's a new movie, I am interested to watch.

I like the content, but the layout of the needs work, along with the features. My app constantly pauses when I get a notification on my phone or just randomly. Also, there is no picture in picture function, which I prefer my video apps to have. Need to increase the budget on app developers so that this app can compete with the larger platforms.

I have been getting the error code 4 for about 2 months now. When I emailed about it, they gave me instructions to delete things and download them again because you can only watch it for 3 days? So I did what they asked me to and nothing happened. It also happens to movies I've never even clicked on.....? So I'm paying $6 a month for absolutely nothing and they made it clear I wasn't going to be compensated. I was told to wait until February when they can fix the problem. Any thoughts?

I've had Passionflix ever since it's come out. I love the app but for the last month I've not been about to watch any of my movies with getting Renew license Error code 4. I've emailed and emailed over this issue. You all have went as far as canceling my subscription and I had to get it back but I'm still getting the same thing Renew license Error code 4 and you all have still not fixed it. I want to keep my subscription but I would really love to be able to watch my movies again please fix

First, I love this app. I love the content, and I love the books they have adapted into movies. But almost everytime I log into the app it's saying I'm off line or the movie freezes but the sound doesn't. I've had to uninstall/reinstall this app on more than one occasion because of freezing and connection issues.

Shows are glitching and freezing constantly even when trying to watch a downloaded piece. If I am paying for this you should be constantly fixing bugs or I am going to have to cancel.

As a whole the app is OK, there are so many menus for menus though so the interface is busy - could be simplified. Daft subcategory names just add to this - no need for in app only hashtag links either! No ads which is a plus. Some movies/series have to be repeatedly downloaded to watch but not others + the customer service is non existent. Very, very, very few decent titles with any length to justify £5.99 a month subscription outwith what's already available via Prime.

This is very frustrating I can't watch any movies online and the downloaded videos even if I subscribed. I am also trying to cancel my subscription so it won't automatically deduct on my account but I can't even log into this app to cancel it. Do something to improve this app because we are paying it.

I am one of the many having the error code 4 as well. I followed all their instructions as well to no avail. If this many people are having this issue, you would think they'd address it quicker, since we are playing for services monthly. I suggest better customer service, for your paying customers. I play video games, whose game developers update and fix bugs and issues quicker than you guys do. Get it together if you want to keep customers.

Well I have been getting failure to load as well as some of the people who left reviews but mine says something about it being on too many devices. I only have it on two devices and they are android devices. I don't use iphones. I have had this app a long time and I would like to keep it but not if I can't watch anything. I can't watch anything and I still have a subscription . Every time I try it says I have too many devices registered but I took it off two my devices and it still says.

Worked great when I was have when I have it open, but I logged out, and when I tried to log back in, I got a password error. So I clicked on the link to reset my password, and it never sent a link to my email. I tried numerous times and had no link. Now I can't back in. So frustrating. I might have to cancel the subscription and resign up.

I like the idea of books to movies that are not available through regular venues. What I wish is that the app doesn't stop the movies and I can't get it to start up again. It also doesn't allow for you to pick an episode. I have been watching Black Dagger Brotherhood. and to get to episode 5 I had to start with 1 again and fast forward through the episodes until I got to five. Then in episode 5 it stopped and wouldn't start up again for me to get episode 6. Love the Black Dagger Brotherhood so

I love the concept of the app. However, the execution needs work. I am trying to watch the original films and the viewing experience is NOT pleasurable. The film keeps freezing while the sound continues. Then the actual video jumps ahead to catch up with the audio. This is very disappointing as I paid the monthly fee to be able to stream these films without delay. Please fix these bugs.
