I get notifications, and then when I go to the app it needs to update before I can find what I wanted to read.

App will not load. re installed app 5 times . And same . App just crashes to restart screen over and over

Won't let me log in. It sends the code to my email to enter but when I switch to my email to get the code and then come back it makes me re enter my email and start over and the code isn't good anymore.

As someone with critical illness, I really appreciate this app. I am getting a lot more answers and able to bring up symptoms that I did not know were symptoms. With the help of this app and help of my physician, I am getting answers finally after a year and a half of being ill. I just found this app less than a month ago. I now know what questions to ask and what information would be good for my physician to know. I have a MRI scheduled this month. We will see if this app is a life saver!!

Im not. Pleased, with this app,I'm trying to request my money back 248.98. They took out more than what they said. And every time I try to get a refund, it's not allowed me to do it. I don't recommend this app for anybody.Especially if you subscribe. Nonono🤔😡

As a practicing GP I find this app extreemly useful: the focus is on clinical guidelines, which are well picked and refined, so that it is convenient to use it as a reference during work.

Couldn't even log into app. Everytime I tried to go to email to confirm the app would start over. Gave up. Not worth the hassle if I can't even get started. Would give 0 stars if could

There is no clear way to cancel your trial after you sign up. I'm still in the waiting process to make sure I'm not charged and haven't heard anything. I'll change my rating if I ever hear back from them.
