I get notifications, and then when I go to the app it needs to update before I can find what I wanted to read.

App will not load. re installed app 5 times . And same . App just crashes to restart screen over and over

Won't let me log in. It sends the code to my email to enter but when I switch to my email to get the code and then come back it makes me re enter my email and start over and the code isn't good anymore.

As someone with critical illness, I really appreciate this app. I am getting a lot more answers and able to bring up symptoms that I did not know were symptoms. With the help of this app and help of my physician, I am getting answers finally after a year and a half of being ill. I just found this app less than a month ago. I now know what questions to ask and what information would be good for my physician to know. I have a MRI scheduled this month. We will see if this app is a life saver!!

Im not. Pleased, with this app,I'm trying to request my money back 248.98. They took out more than what they said. And every time I try to get a refund, it's not allowed me to do it. I don't recommend this app for anybody.Especially if you subscribe. Nonono🤔😡

As a practicing GP I find this app extreemly useful: the focus is on clinical guidelines, which are well picked and refined, so that it is convenient to use it as a reference during work.

Couldn't even log into app. Everytime I tried to go to email to confirm the app would start over. Gave up. Not worth the hassle if I can't even get started. Would give 0 stars if could

There is no clear way to cancel your trial after you sign up. I'm still in the waiting process to make sure I'm not charged and haven't heard anything. I'll change my rating if I ever hear back from them.

After updating, the app crashes as soon as I ask the AI a question. When the app works it is great, but this makes it very inconvenient.

Scam. They advertised as a free service, and don't tell you until after you fill out all your information that it costs $300 per year. You can't even try the app for a limited period without providing credit card information. Do not install

Kindly update studies. There is no update of any content in any specilaities since last 14 days. We are paid subscriber for 1 year. Pathway was providing good medical stuyd collection of all specilaities till 9 th november. Kindly continue good work for global medical doctors. Today update has been started. But still, it is missing from 10 th Nov to 20 th Nov 2022. But still, thank you for great effort of resuming update.

This app is a scam, nothing about it is worth what you're paying for it. + it requires card information, you can't refund, you can't solicitate support, and you can always get more for less using AMBOSS Library at 89.99$ a year. Drop this scam, get yourself a real deal with AMBOSS or Epocrates if you're so fixated on special patient groups.

For mostly medical....600 / yr...gtfoh If it is totally free forever why would there be the requirement to add a credit or debit card? It states it is free for a seven day period then $230 every 6 months. Lies, lies, lies NOT free on 8th day. One of those you download forget about it then you notice you are charged on your bank statement.

I tried to sign up as I have been using the app for a while as a guest, but sadly, I can't sign up as you guys are joining force with doximity. I tried downloading the app, but it is not available in my country....

Excellent app for residents and medical students! Has tons of up to date information on various clinical presentations, ranging from clinical presentation, history, management, and clearly cited literature to support everything. In many ways it is comparable to but more affordable than the obvious counterpart, UpToDate. It has a very clean and user-friendly interface and I've referenced it numerous times while at work! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try out the app!

I am an FNP student about to graduate. Pathway has been VITAL to helping me understand clinical practice guidelines and pull all the most recent research on any given topic (because we all know things change almost daily). It's like having the best, most knowledgeable doc in your pocket. I can use it to make sure I'm not missing any pertinent tests and close any gaps in my clinical knowledge. Absolutely invaluable.

The problem with clicking notifications returned. Everytime something interesting pops up and you click it doesn't take you to that page so you have to go looking for it. Frustrating because it was fixed for a little while EDIT: Pathway responded, saying the issue is fixed. It now normally crashes. Issue is not resolved. Unfortunately I do not use the app much because of this.

After installation, you are required to subscribe to a >$130 yearly subscription to access the material. There's a limited free trial after you pick a subscription. For a new resource app that has no credibility yet, this is a really high up front cost. For attendings it might be worth it, but for those in training it's likely better to stick with credible, shared resources paid for by our institutions for now.
