For the past three days, multiple location codes have come back with errors saying the location cannot be found. Almost got a ticket the first time since I was a block away trying to fight with the app; when I gave up and went back to find the machine, there was a parking cop standing behind my car. They didn't understand or care that something is wrong with the codes for the app, but at least didn't ticket me. If it can't do the one thing it's meant for, this app is rendered useless.

Useless. This app will not accept my valid credit card. I triple checked to make sure everything was entered properly, and it wouldn't accept the card, a card I am using currently on other apps and to make purchases in stores. The card works. I then scanned the card with my camera to make sure there were no errors. It scanned successfully, but it still wouldn't accept the card for payment, so the app is basically useless to me. It simply wasted my time.

Tried to use their lot on a Sunday in Denver to quickly get to a reservation. Typically, when you park, you can just pay with a qr code. This required me to install the app. Then, had to create an account. My card got flagged for fraud as soon as I selected my parking time and had to be canceled. So I used another card, which also got flagged and had to be canceled. Very frustrating and time consuming. The charge attempted on my card was $40 on each, the receipt was $5.55. Don't recommend

Who thought it was a good idea to add "promotional items" during the checkout process? I imagine the typical use case is someone standing on a sidewalk trying to pay the meter so they can get to an appointment of some sort (probably running late after hunting for an open spot). Why add delays by forcing one to read & accept/decline *multiple* offers before confirming the transaction so they can be on their way? What's next...The option to add a tip on top of the transaction fee?

Parking should be charged at the end, when you "clock out" like in the parking garages with tickets. This will also eliminate the possibility of making mistakes when estimating the time or confusing minutes with hours. Or at least you must have a way in your app to cancel the parking! I only used 7min out of 7 hours that I paid. Is really unfair. Having to chose the time in the beginning, is absurd. Most of the times I don't know for how long I'm going to be in a place or I'm rushing to get there and I don't have the patience to go through the app steps. If you overpay they will not give you a refund because 'funds from every transaction go directly to the parking authority. They do NOT allow us to issue refunds on their behalf". Or if your estimate fell short and you need to add time, it will be way more expensive! This app as it is, is a rip-off. The convenience of using the smartphone is diminished by the inconvenience of paying in advance and not at the end.

App has been inconsistent at best. For a year, I was unable to use it because something was "broken" in my account connecting an API to my credit card. No matter what card I used, I would have my payment declined. Finally convinced customer service to let me delete my account and start over. That fixed the problem. Convienent App, when it works.

When you run low (less than a minute), it won't let you add more time. It also suggests nearby parking instead if bringing up the location you have history with. You have to dive through several menus to get your parking history. Really annoying when I use parking for work and have more important things to do than play around with an app to avoid a ticket.

You can only have up to 5 vehicles. It becomes a chore for people who travel and rent cars frequently. Edit: Response based on the developer comment. * Deleting a vehicle, adding a new one, and paying for parking is pretty inconvenient. Why set an arbitrary number of 5? Is there a restriction on how much data you can return in the API? This number seems very small. * The link you provided does not work. It shows an error page.

I just removed this app. It's getting worse! Just stopped working. Was great for about about year, but today it took several minutes to load then long time to accept time and payment and generated error both times. Gave and went back to coins. I have a new phone with plenty of storage and memory, so all other apps run great. Am looking for replacement now and will tell people who recommended not to bother. How'd you guys break it!? For some reason, my payment was suddenly deleted from the app.

It was ok until we got a ticket for not paying. I was "late" to make the payment for less than a minute due to internet issues. The app doesn't allow you to pay when the reminder pops up. So, why does the app send you a message asking you to extend the time? You have to wait until the time is over to do the payment. That message to extend the time is only useful as a reminder. The app should allow you to renew the use of the parking spot, overlapping the time for at least 5 minutes.
