Requesting time off is a nightmare. After making and submitting a request, the app adds another day without your knowledge. The only reason I saw it was I happened to review the request afterwards. So, there is no way to request a single day off because the app requests two days. Get it fixed!!! Two years later, still required to use this app. Doesn't connect and no way to personalize the experience.

App was doing fine for two weeks. Now I can't open the app without it shutting down a few seconds later. It made me 5 minutes late for clocking into work and I had to uninstall it just to clock in and the same issues is still happening so now I have had to uninstall it. Again which clocked me out but I can't clock back in and even if I could there is no guarantees it's going to work for me to clock out later!

This stupid app won't let me clock in because it needs to be updated, but then it won't give me the option to update. You're messing with my money because you're not letting me clock in. This app is horrible, just about every single time you log in to the app you have to verify through a text message, I'm logging in from my secured phone, I could understand if it was once a week, I understand the need for security but not more secure than logging into my bank account.

Absolute embarrassment of an app. If it opens at all, good luck logging in. It will tell you your correct username and password are wrong and when you reenter it, it will take it like it's gonna work and just buffer endlessly. The only option is to "log out" where it then takes you to the same log in page with a translucent "sign in" button meaning you can't press it so you're not longer able to log it. The option to use the finger print sensor is just not there anymore. Garbage has more utility

This company doesn't care! Takes forever to log in, even when using finger print. Then it asks for a verification code. Can't stay logged in after I finally get in so I get to do this every time. My favorite part is when it "errors" after I punched in and then I can't punch out cause its telling me to clock in. Check the clock ins and it just says Error for out time. Been dealing with this for over a year. Sick of an app messing with my income. Trying to get the boss to switch check companies.

I struggle with this app every day. It's slow and never remembers my device. This usually causes me to be counted in at a few minutes later than intended as I jump through hoops for verification and wait. And clock in location is horrible. I once clocked in next to my manager and she showed me how it thought I was clocking in at the gas station a mile down the road on her end.

Application is frustrating. You're required to have to pay for a text message every single time you access the app (not just clocking in and out- EVERY time you OPEN the app), using your back button on an android phone logs you out instead of just going... well, back. The application also has a hard error if you do anything the same minute as another action. Like if you clock in from lunch then clock out for the day, itll error and require you contact an administrator. Ignoring the login issues.

I keep getting a "request header too long" error when I try to use the time and attendance tab. The only "fix" I've been offered is to uninstall and then reinstall, which then requires me to go through logging in and seeing up my fingerprint again so I can use the app quickly. If fixed, I'd give it a rather higher ranking, but until it is, it's hard to respect an app that was written poorly enough to be able to screw up when interacting with its own company's servers.

Should of stayed with Paychex Time. With the last update it wants codes to be entered to be able to punch in or out. I put the code they sent in and the app froze. Tried again. They sent a new code. I put it in and app froze up again. Then I get an email saying my account is locked because of too many attempts. If the app would work I would not have to try more than once. It let me punch in but not out. Tried calling the tech support number. Totally worthless.

Newest update absolutely sucks. It makes this app completely unusable! Not able to login at all and just keep getting a "connection error" even though I can connect to literally every other app. Completely useless if it can't even be opened. Also, I love how this latest update was supposed to be "minor enhancements" and all they did was make this app completely unusable. Good job guys.
