Been using Paycom for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you manage your work stuff – everything from checking your schedule to approving your own payroll. Pretty solid app if you’re into HR and payroll kinda things.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a dashboard where you can see all your personal employee data like benefits and time off. It’s got this cool AI assistant called IWant that you can just ask for stuff and it gives you the info right away. And the app lets you do things like request time off and approve your own payroll – super convenient.

Look, if you use Paycom at work, this app is a no-brainer. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job pretty well. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to manage your work stuff on the go.

So here's my take on the Paycom app. I've tried out a bunch of HR and payroll apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The AI assistant is a nice touch and makes finding info super easy. The core features like time off requests and payroll approvals work well. It's not the most polished app I've seen, but it gets the job done. If you use Paycom at work, this is a handy companion.
