Same errors every time when loading up (which is about 2 mins each time) on 2 different phones. Then when I do click on something...ugh. then when I scroll through my schedule...ugh. this has been going on for a year now, on my phone and the company phone issued to me. Both have been uninstalled several times. But at least I have a schedule to look at

This is a must for work and I HATE this app. Says there's an update but there is not and will not load anything if you click close on the update window, will not load time clock, and constantly tells me I need a verification code to sign in on the same device I've been using for three years now. If I didn't want to be paid for working I would delete this POS app without a second thought.
This app is very frustrating. It is very slow to load and It doesn't respond until multiple taps when clocking in and out. Also, if you submit a missed punch it doesn't show you any details or indication of your missed punch submitted so sometimes I end up reporting multiple missed punches for the same time as when I go back to review my punches at the end of week it doesn't have any way to let me know if I already submitted a missed punch for that day.
App frequently decides to forget the username and password at inconvenient times. I have cleared the data, cache, and even removed and reinstalled the app. The problem persists. I frequently check for updates in hopes this is fixed, but is still broken at this time. I would give it 0 if I could. Please fix this app. Update: several updates have been applied but the problem has not been resolved.
This app and its corresponding desktop website are unreliable. For the app specifically, I am often unable to log in because the home page will not load. Recently, punches that I have made through the app do not register in the app. In other words, I will punch in but when I go to punch out, there is no record of my punch in. However, when I log in via the desktop website, my account DOES show a punch. This has resulted in several days of messed up time sheets that need to be manually fixed.
if it wasn't for my employer forcing me to download this, it would never be on my phone. the app takes entirely too long to reflect hours it shows in other portions of the app. They know how much you've worked, but any options to get them to update it doesn't work. I can't submit a photo showing my hours because the button has been turned off. chat functions are entirely unhelpful as they tell you to "just wait a little longer" before saying policy changes prevents them from doing anything.
This app desperately needs an update. Will tell you that a punch is pending. Logging in later to see if it recorded only to find it did not show you punched in. So unfortunately, you have to report it to your boss who is aggravated that they have to go in and adjust the punch for you. Again. Has happened twice in less than 5 days. UPDATE 01.12.2023...same issue twice this week. Today, was unable to log in on my phone. When I tried on computer, would not load properly. End result, late.
Horrible. The app constantly freezes and crashes. I updated and cleared the cache. The timecard screen constantly grays out, and the loading symbol freezes. Punches sometimes do not take. Does not display PTO. We recently switched from ADP, and this app is beyond frustrating. I would not use it if my company did not make it mandatory. I'm not sure if it was to save money, but I wish they would have looked at the reviews. Signing in is a nightmare. Awful app.
Overall rating of 0. App is completely useless as I am forced to clock in and out on the computer and because of that whittle away my personal time on missed punches. App does not get my location correct after having the proper permissions. Forced to use an app that I can't use anyway. Worthless app. Update. Still worthless as errors occur when changing password. Locked out for no reason. Time card is more efficient and easier than this worthless application.
App frequently crashes, doesn't load. Andkeeps saying something's not available. I have an extremely low success rate of using it and clocking in on time. On way too many occasions it has led to no punch, Miss punch or out of bounds punch due to this app's performance. It's not just me. It's every user in our organization. I will be glad when we are rid of it by the It basically acts just as good as the entire service, paycor in general is cord. Stick to a pen and paper as it's more reliable.
This app is only good for looking at information when you're not at work. Interacting with it is terrible. I can't upload a profile picture which my employer wants. I can't clock in and out even if I am on my workplace, WiFi. It just marks it as a pending punch, and it doesn't register. I have to be on a desktop for it to say you have successfully created a punch. I also get frustrated trying to navigate this app.
Not very good at all. 3 stars says A Lot. Just when you think your company could not get cheaper, this garbage excuse of an app appears. Like, no attempt to be practical for the users. Basic functions are hindered. Functions that no other app on my device has ever had issues with. It even asks for an update when already being up to date. That should tell you all you need to know.
If I could rate it less I would. It can't properly keep up with the ONE job it needs to do-track time. Every week it just forgets multiple punches per day. Punch in and out in the morning, by the afternoon nothing is recorded. Takes several attempts to successfully log in, and nowhere in app to report a missing punch, which is a regular problem if using the app.
Most frustrating pay app I've ever used. I encourage companies to make the switch to save their employees HUGE annoyance. I log into the website, everything's cool except I cant see anything of use, go to the app and its telling me wrong password/doesnt know who I am. When I just logged into the website 2 minutes ago. Great. You call their customer service number and they tell you to contact your company and hang up. That'snot even customer service, and maybe no one would call if this app worked
This app is basic. On the website, you can see all the hours you worked if you have a computer. If you are on your mobile device online, it will not fit the screen right too see clearly. Using the mobile app, it doesnt even have the option to show you your work hours at all. The mobile online needs to be fixed since you cant get even have an option to check your work hours on the app. THROW THE WHOLE APP AWAY!!!
Wouldn't recommend it. No ads. But punches are almost always out of gps range, even when within the building. Today, the app wouldn't load at all during my 2nd half of work. We now take screen shots all the time . It doesn't keep a running weekly total of hours. So we have to get out the calculator to make sure we're getting enough but not too many hours
this has to be the most useless and infuriating app I've ever experienced. how they got a contract with an international corporation like Ace I'll never know. as soon as I open the app it crashes. if I choose wait instead of closing the app it comes right back up but I keep choosing wait long enough to go in and check my schedule but there's no information there. there is no pay or tax info, nothing. I've uninstalled, deleted storage, and repeated that at least 5 times but there is no change.
It's an alright app. Rating is 1 star because it is not 100% reliable. My new schedule came out but the app will not let me sign in. It does not matter if you uninstall, change password, etc. All the basic troubleshooting does nothing. It's on your guys' end. This is not the first time it has happened. This is a critical issue that should be a priority to fix and keep from happening again. One thing to note is that another coworker using the app can get in. I can't. So what's the deal?
This app and service is terrible. So many weird quirks and little things you have to do to make certain features work. I get texts all the time from different numbers saying I have a missed punch when I clock in whether I clock in 1 minute before or right on time. Also, when you go to submit a missed punch you should be able to select in time and out, not have to submit 2 separate missed punches. You should also be able to see a list of your submitted mispunches and their status.
App timedoes not appear to let you do the things it was represented to do. The one good thing it does is show me the amount of my check and the deductions taken, but it does not show a true check stub. It would be nice to be able to request time off. Update: now I cannot even get the app to open. Every time I try, it closes or stops. I can't even get logged in.
