Please stop updating your app. When you do HAVE to update it, please notify us in the app ahead of time that you are going to do so. My phone doesn't auto-update apps. Every time there is an update, the app won't let me clock into work because the GPS feature stops working. So I have to go in and manually force the app to update, then wait however long that takes, before I can clock in. Edit: Thanks dev for the tip. Sadly, clearing data didn't help. GPS still doesn't work when there's an update.

The app itself is okay. Having used the BambooHR app, this one is not as user friendly. I should be able to open the app and, at a glance, see how much I've worked for the week. Instead, you have to go to the Timesheet tab and add up the hours manually (in decimal format, not hours:minutes). Also, for my job we Don have different cost centers, yet every time I clock in or out for the day I have to click on my punch then click submit when a window pops up asking for the appropriate cost center.

The app looks nothing like the picture, it's super hard to find simple and basic info, and it's all disorganized. I have to use it for work, but I hate it. I can't even find my schedule without it sending a notification and sending me there automatically. It's ridiculously weird that it offers to show you your pay and vacation hours but not you schedule. It need serious fixing.

I hate that an app required for my job can screw me over on clocking in or out. "We can't sign in" "biometrics not working" and load times more than 3 minutes long because I have such a big window to clock in and out through an app that can't even work consistently for more than 2 days. When we have a group of about 16 people and there's more than one problem almost daily, it speaks for itself. Worst app that's required for work. It's a glitchy mess and shouldn't be mainstream for business.

I put in time, checked the next day and it was gone, and replaced with some other schedule that I never put in. I hope this doesn't keep happening. So frustrating! On top of that, my account keeps locking out because all the times I have to put in my password. and make new passwords! Now I cant remember my password! So Im always getting locked out of my account! I DONT WANT TO KEEP DOING THIS!!!!!!!

When trying to punch in or out, the app automatically logs you out and takes you back to log in screen. Can click on other tasks, but as soon as you click on "Punch", you're logged out and taken back to log in screen. Every. Single. Time. For multiple times. Really really unusable for the purposes of clocking in and out remotely away from my desktop.

This is a frustrating app to use. As others have mentioned, the website shows different information than the app. I have set up an HSA account with Paylocity. While Paylocity deducts money from my paycheck every pay period, I cannot see a total of the amount contributed. I cannot receive a card to access this money. I cannot even recieve an account number from them.

Awful app. Least user friendly app I've ever been forced to use. Supposed to be logged in for 3 months without having to enter password but less than a week after being forced to create yet another password I have to re enter the password even though I was told I would stay logged in and NOT have to enter the password. Garbage app but we are forced to use it

Need an IT expert and mobile app builder. An app should function as a cleaner, simpler version of a website. This app "looks" like it should do that, but it falls miserably short of that goal. I should be able to access everything within the app that I can on the site. Some links/tabs are there, but there is no content within them. I can't even load my employee's punches to see when they clocked in and out. It's actually absurd.

The application locks you out of certain areas and asks for a password when the darn thing is on a locked device to begin with. Password reset doesn't seem to work worth beans either. There should be a much wider choice in settings, at least as far as access is concerned. I don't feel the need for the "big brother" lock-out to be essential in any apps, in fact it's not only irritating, but also arbitrary. If I had any choice I would not use this #€@&§√ app!!!! I hope that my company wakes up.

The updated version doesn't work! Awful! Trouble with clocking in and out. It just spins and will not take the punch. You don't know that you've missed a punch until the next day. It is very frustrating. Also, the new app on the phone is too large and isn't user-friendly. Ease of use was much better before Everything on the phone is now large bulky and hard to navigate..

This app is a nightmare! I don't understand how this company is one of the top payroll companies in the US. The access on the app compared to the website is extremely different. As soon as I submit a time off request it disappears. You can't see it anywhere. Sometimes I receive notification that it was approved and sometimes I don't. Cannot see all types of time off buckets and their balances. It is a lot of unnecessary stress. If I had the choice, I would be switching to a much better app.

What a joke of an app. I have access to approve time off as an admin yet your app keeps closing when I try to approve a request. There is no way to edit an employee's timecard. All one can do is view and/or approve. What good is that? How about working on a real app that a manager could actually use. There are a couple things that work great (earnings, ability to enroll in benefits) but that's it. Lastly, I use the finger print to login. At least once a month I'm forced to enter passed.

Most of the time, I'm unable to log into the app. The one time log ins come up with errors about the Company ID although it's the correct one. Finally logging in, wanting to look at my paystub, it's not even a clear paystub. There are no details at all on hourly wage, or any of the "usual" details that I'm accustomed to. Hard to navigate, not impossible just have to look around. I'm not impressed at all. I wish I didn't need to use this app for work.

not very user-friendly. it is very difficult to find items like changing passwords, codes, and doing benefit enrollment. editing missed punches, etc, require too many clicks &navigating menus. the calendar does not list holidays, either federal stats or employer days given for stats. i can not find HR material on here like i could with isolved. isolved was easier for me to use and had far more integration with my employe before they updated, and it became like this app.

The app experience is terrible. Like how can there be 4 different timesheets for 4 different options. The mobile versions only use is the horrible buggy punch feature. Cause other than that you're forced to use a computer to make full use of any of the other tabs and options. Why even have an app. it's like all the convenience of an app was thrown out.

it's a great company app. However, it could just be my job's location but sometimes the app runs extremely slow and can make you clock in or out late sometimes and the time isn't always accurate I've noticed. like on the app for example the time will say 1:00 my phone will say 12:59 if I clock out it goes back to 12:59 even though the app will say 1:00.30 so it can be confusing and inconvenient.

This application is for employees to keep track of their hours at work and other things, but it cannot even find the correct date in the schedule when it's function is selected. It is always indexed at least a month ahead - even going from selecting a scheduled shift then back into the normal schedule! SO ANNOYING!!! Untrustworthy = Unacceptable. Get it together. You're messing with peoples' livelihood here.

this app has made me wait for my on demand several times. when I have requested the on demand on a few different occasions ive put in for it early in the day as well as made 100% sure the date and time it says I will have it by and I have not gotten it for 2-3 days and there is not anywhere that I can go for assistance with this issue. ive also had issues with it saying missed shifts and late shifts because I could not get the app to update the location in order to be able to clock in

It'd be nice to see who else is scheduled to work throughout the rest of the day so we can know who to contact regarding certain schedule changes or events. Also, it's very annoying when looking thru the schedule because the app doesn't maintain what date you're looking at and it jumps ahead to a different range so you have to find the date again. Lastly, there's too many 'submit request' to touch when picking up additional shifts. There are actually many more complaints about this app but...
