I don't know what they're doing but invoicing just does not work anymore. No matter what I do I can't send invoices unless I go on the browser or zettle. On top of the fact that the app has no way to mark that items aren't shipped so I just have a million notifications saying orders are ready to ship when the business I do is not shipping products.

For weeks, you can just log in and then nothing. I used the app for years with my small business. I create invoices and move money around etc. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's just dead. Maybe it's time to move entirely from PayPal. Edit: A full month later and the app still doesn't work. Just spins on showing me our balance.
Awful, it's literally the worst business decision I've ever made in my life. There's lots of issues but the biggest issue is that when you go to save the invoices half the time the app locks up and you lose everything. On items it saves the items but doesn't save the descriptions for future use. On most of the screens auto text doesn't work. If you don't physically save your invoice or send it or send you lose it. This is not a legitimate in voicing option
App is currently bricked. Uninstalled, reinstalled, twice... Restarted phone. You can't press any of the buttons in the app. It endlessly attempts to load your account balance and eventually the app crashes. Frustrating! Have been unable to use it for about a month and no fix... Just been using the desktop version instead which works fine. Not ideal.
Horrible experience with the app. Un-clickable links on both phone and tablet. When trying to submit an ID, it won't even allow me to browse files or even just take a photo. Link doesn't work to send a message. On top of that they limited my account for significant changes. What significant changes? So frustrating trying to get my money. Won't be using PayPal on the business level anymore.
What is going on??? The app keeps crashing when I try to add an address to an invoice. Also, I am not liking the very INCONVENIENT new feature where I am looged out automatically every 5-10 minutes, even while I am in the middle of creating an invoice. I then lose all of my information and have to not only log in AGAIN after they send me a stupid code, but have to start the whole invoice over again. Its not only on the app but on the website as well. FIX IT!!!
PayPal has been holding MY hard earned money hostage for over two weeks. I have been a long time verified customer but hadn't used my account in a few months. Now that I'm back, I'm completely locked out from doing literally anything with my money. No limitations on the account and I've even emailed customer service three times now with no response even though their own website says "you'll hear from someone in less than 24hrs" Nope, easier thing to do is say nothing/fix nothing.
Payment on hold and percentage taken, not flat fee (this could be an option). I rarely use this app for receiving payments because getting a percentage of my business should mean you are increasing my revenues. Still, i had it as a back up and finally had a situation where the buyer was even willing to pay the fee. Now, I may not get the payment til next month. I'm not sure why I even have this as an option for payment. App works fine. It's how it works that's the problem for me.
This does what it says it'll do, which is great, and why it has as many as 4 stars. But it has as few as 3 stars, because it has too many bugs, and hasn't improved them in the 6 years I've used it. Instead they release an update that's even harder to use. When it wasn't very user friendly to begin with. (And I'm in the IT field.) Not to mention it forces you to log in EVERY TIME! Sometimes in the middle of actually using it. AND it requires you to "prove you're not a robot" almost EVERY TIME!
it was great; i was able to send invoices on the go. however, at a certain point it stopped bringing up the keypad for my security code to be entered. i havent been able to use it at all. I've uninstalled twice, restarted my phone, looked for updates I've been missing... everything appears to be wrong with the app and not my system. I'm quite disappointed.
