The overall App is easy to use on my few employees but even after updating my subscription, the watermark STILL appears. If it wasn't for that issue I would have given it 5 stars!
I paid for subscription and it's not allowing me to change the payday also instead of it saying reporting dates it says peporting dates. I'mma get the charges reversed the setup is easy that is not allowing you to change the paydays correctly
This app used to be wonderful not sure what's going on you can't get any support I have a monthly subscription of $6.99 I haven't been able to use the app for 6 months. I make my stuff and it still have generating check stubs what am I paying for I canceled my subscription
Okay so what's the point in giving options when you're going to completely disregard what someone wants. trying to hit the option button for the one month plan for $3.99 and it automatically goes to $6.99, the option for $6.99 NOPE that's actually $15.99. Scam
Not adjusting YTD Pay correctly. After subscribing to this service the least I thought I would get would have been accurate calculations. Not happy at all!!! They say they plan on updating app to fix the issue but I feel like my money should be refunded until app is fixed then I can resubscribe.
App was working fine at first, then all of a sudden when trying to make a paystub the app kept closing... I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now the app is saying they cannot find my account and I already paid for an subscription, so I just paid for nothing
This use to be a good and easy to operate app, now it don't save your check stub. I also email you all about three weeks ago to unsubscribe from the app and have yet to hear back from you all. I'm getting charged from a app that no longer benefits me.
I saw a paystub I liked and needed so I paid for a month subscription and filled out the paystub and a 1/3 of the info I filled in was removed when I went to print it. I emailed them and they responded and needed info. They updated the app and it still didn't work. It's been over a week. I asked for a refund and they never responded back.
Paid for subscription. App still not working. I did everything possible but seemed cant to remove the watemark. We already renewed subsciption. Subscription not expired but we still keep getting watermark on the paystub. Basically i paid for a service that we cannot use. This app is broken. We have read similair complaints. Tried all suggested bug fixed: uninstall/reinstall the app, even installed on another device. Tried double pay. Nothing worked. Still see watermark. Solution???
When I used the app last year it worked. Now it's broken. Whenever I click generate, it switches screens but does not generate a viewable pay stub any longer. It just has a back and save button. When I click save it has a pop up that says save to PDF. But it does nothing. Can you please help me?
