The overall App is easy to use on my few employees but even after updating my subscription, the watermark STILL appears. If it wasn't for that issue I would have given it 5 stars!

I paid for subscription and it's not allowing me to change the payday also instead of it saying reporting dates it says peporting dates. I'mma get the charges reversed the setup is easy that is not allowing you to change the paydays correctly

This app used to be wonderful not sure what's going on you can't get any support I have a monthly subscription of $6.99 I haven't been able to use the app for 6 months. I make my stuff and it still have generating check stubs what am I paying for I canceled my subscription

Okay so what's the point in giving options when you're going to completely disregard what someone wants. trying to hit the option button for the one month plan for $3.99 and it automatically goes to $6.99, the option for $6.99 NOPE that's actually $15.99. Scam

Not adjusting YTD Pay correctly. After subscribing to this service the least I thought I would get would have been accurate calculations. Not happy at all!!! They say they plan on updating app to fix the issue but I feel like my money should be refunded until app is fixed then I can resubscribe.

App was working fine at first, then all of a sudden when trying to make a paystub the app kept closing... I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now the app is saying they cannot find my account and I already paid for an subscription, so I just paid for nothing

This use to be a good and easy to operate app, now it don't save your check stub. I also email you all about three weeks ago to unsubscribe from the app and have yet to hear back from you all. I'm getting charged from a app that no longer benefits me.

I saw a paystub I liked and needed so I paid for a month subscription and filled out the paystub and a 1/3 of the info I filled in was removed when I went to print it. I emailed them and they responded and needed info. They updated the app and it still didn't work. It's been over a week. I asked for a refund and they never responded back.

Paid for subscription. App still not working. I did everything possible but seemed cant to remove the watemark. We already renewed subsciption. Subscription not expired but we still keep getting watermark on the paystub. Basically i paid for a service that we cannot use. This app is broken. We have read similair complaints. Tried all suggested bug fixed: uninstall/reinstall the app, even installed on another device. Tried double pay. Nothing worked. Still see watermark. Solution???

When I used the app last year it worked. Now it's broken. Whenever I click generate, it switches screens but does not generate a viewable pay stub any longer. It just has a back and save button. When I click save it has a pop up that says save to PDF. But it does nothing. Can you please help me?

I had this app before and it worked great so of course without hesitation I upgraded the 24hr one so I could do what I needed to do, bit of course it kept saying "internet not available" and by the time it does start working again I bet it's gna want more money smh this is so upsetting and I'm behind on a deadline now. And out of the $

the app is not free 3.99, they let me make only one!! stub if you need multiple stubs. This is not it, I turned off the auto calculator to try and change the info myself. It wouldn't save my info or print or email them, it just save the first stub info that cost 3.99. The calculator is off too. I want my money back!!!

Would like to know where and who do i need to get in contact with about refunding my money back that was over charged. I havent even had this account less then a month and this company has charged my account without my permission or what was agreed upon.. for the review itself,i dont recommend this. You can do the same thing for free on excel. Theres other apps as well that doesnt charge like this one does.

I payed ten dollars for this app and it was working great until it got updated and now I can't email my stubs because it keeps telling me to pay for it and I really have payed my monthly subscription. What's going on this is the Error i keep getting You're already subscribed to 1 Month Unlimited Usage (Paystub paycheck payslip maker).

Unfortunately I cannot put zero Stars this app didn't work for me at all when I wasn't subscribed the template looked amazing very professional I purchase one month subscription after that the pay stub looked completely different and the other part I cannot save it so what's the point of it anyways to look at it I would like my money back for the subscription is bizarre I cannot even save it

Can't even open the app kept saying internet not available even though I have 5G all bars full to the top. My Wi-Fi is the strongest that it's ever been when I'm standing right next to it. Still saying that I have no internet connection. This app is garbage. Not sure how it got such high good ratings. Must be all from the creator and their family members. I highly recommend using something else. This app sucks

I attempted to purchase a one-month subscription for this app and it does not work for me. I upgraded and it's not taking the watermark off the year-to-date information is completely inaccurate and it's only allowing me to produce one paycheck stub I would like this cancelled and I would like my $5.99 applied back to my cell phone bill because once again it an absolute rip-off and it's damn it does not work and you should not have this app available for use

Crashes and closes app after paid for upgrade and not being able to save anything really sucks ....I want a refund seeing how this doesn't benefit at all. I paid for a one day subscription, then a one month, and still haven't been able to save nor share edits.

I found this app very useful in the beginning. Until I couldn't renew. And I uninstalled and reinstalled. I was able to purchase by making a whole new account, and I was able to purchase for the month for 9.99, but it still shows a watermark. Smh! I'm no longer happy with this app. Please fix your app

I upgraded and paid for the subscription but it did not post it to my account. It also has several glitches it does not calculate the amounts correctly making me have to manually enter them in myself. I also have to manually enter in all the employer and employee information even though I've already added it to the address book. Then there's hardly no way to contact customer service because it doesn't list anything on the app.
