Why did I have to repurchase the app when I had the previous version?

UPDATE - 5 star - Custumer service was fast and easy. They will do what they can to help. ORIGINAL - 1 star - A hoax to make us pay again is crazy. I've emailed customer support. We'll see what the response is.

App keeps crashing and losing test progress. Please fix.

Sucks that I have to pay for it again. However, I blame the playstore for this rather than the creators as they made them create a new app due to using AF rank insignia. IOS users were not impacted by this. GOOGLE PLAYSTORE, DO BETTER.

Love the app but I already paid for this app before and I couldn't get it back after it was uninstall. I paid another $34 for this. How can I get a refund? Is it possible? I have the receipt for when I first purchased the application.

Was disappointed that I had to pay for this yet again after buying the other Promote app previously. Excellent staff helped resolve that issue and I was reimbursed.

Great app. I've been using it for 7 years. Great customer support as well. They helped me regain access to the app when I lost it.

I had the previous version 2023-2025 and I contacted the support, they were wonderful in helping and sent me the new version free of charge. this is a great app that will help you study. Worth every dollar

This app is very thorough and helps with the overwhelming amount of information that's required for studying. It's expensive because it's just like buying a study textbook. It just happens to be in the app store.

It's an amazing app to study for E5 and E6. Just sucks that I have to spend another $35 for an app I have already purchased. (Update) I emailed the customer service and they were able to help. Amazing staff.

Update: Dev explained why downloads are so low (logo issues with previous app), and the app itself is wonderful, UI could use an update but, it's worth every penny and then some. Had I another promotion test after this I would return in a heartbeat. (Previous concerns removed due to being resolved and clarity)

I've had this app since it's inception. It's always been great and one of the best. Having to fork over another $35 because of an image, plus the new app no longer works on my tablet even though it meets the OS requirements.

IGNORE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Their previous app was removed and if you have previously purchased the app email the developer and they will give you a key. This app helped me make Staff in 2023. It will hopefully help me make Tech in 2026.

I would like to thank the developer of this app, I made staff this year! The practice test feature really helped me remember things and the audio to listen to while making my meal preps! thank you! thank you!!!! 😭🙌 I highly recommend this app!

This is a fantastic app for promotion. Has everything you need to rank up, and the customer service is great! Ignore the 1 star reviews. Google Play removed the original app unfairly, ForceReadiness updated and added it back. If you purchased previously, you can just email them and get a code for this app.

DO NOT LISTEN OR BE DETERRED BY 1 STAR REVIEWS. Yes their last app was removed but all you have to do is email them if you had the last app and they will send you a code to download this app. They were great in helping me in a timely matter. Also the app is awesome and has everything you need in order to study and get that promotion!

Awesome Support Team and Great Product! I had this app on my old phone and found that you just need to reach out to the support team via email and they can verify your prior purchase via you email you used. I was given a code to redeem. I'm not the greatest tester but this was how I made Staff and Now I'm using it for Tech. Definitely worth the money if you are on the fence.
