No support, eternal account validation with no updates or answers. I had over 2 orders with problems, and missing items which were never answered and therefore I was SCAMMED.
bad customer service you can never get a real live agent only a bot and they lie about the delivery being at the restaurant without having a delivery yet and make you wait till they find one, sometimes they don't and then they cancel your order
terrible app. at first it allows you to pay. after a while it stopped allowing me to pay with any new acount. i was able to pay with my gf acount. no way to contact a actual person. not recommended to use
gave me a refund on an order but I can't use it because it will not allow me to use while paying cash and this app will not accept my credit card so therefore they effectively stole my money!
Ordered once then the app started glitching out. Couldn't add orders to the cart, couldn't pay, couldn't do a lot of stuff, and without proper user feedback
My payments worked at first, but then they started saying it could not process my payments. My bank says it is not them, as no payments have been rejected, yet miraculously, it works to continue to process my Plus membership.
Giving it a one star because I can't go any lower. I got scammed out of some money because of horrible customer service and barely usable complaints page. Can't say any of the options available are worth it because they still haven't answered if it's going to be equivalent to the money spent.
I've noticed that some restaurants are raising their prices on the app, while their physical locations are cheaper. Now, they're also charging users an additional 2 bolivianos, and if that weren't enough, they're also charging the restaurants a commission. It's unfair that this price difference exists between what's offered on the app and what's offered at the physical restaurant. As if the commission they charge the restaurants weren't enough.
Every time when I come to Guatemala I use this APP, it's the best when you wanna stay at home and skip the traffic, No issues and easy way to get everything that I need
Unfortunately they deliveryman are petty and uneducated, they just throw me my order and called me slurs because my tip "wasn't enough". this app just work with whoever takes the orders, in that case it's much better to use the delivery of the restaurant itself
The ratings on the app are all fake, and the customer service is non-existing. I ordered from a restaurant with 4.7 stars (according to the app) and the order came after 2.5 hours, it was gross, and half of the items were missing. I couldn't even complain because they never marked the order as delivered so it didn't allow me to complain about the missing food. I looked the same restaurant up online and they really had 2.0 stars, so the pedidosYa app just gives fake ratings for restaurants.
Only issue i have, is that it insists too much on flash offers, sometimes loading them when trying to dismiss them, and that distract you from ordering food when hungry. You don't wanna make a man angry when hungry.
Service is fine, but the app itself is trash. If you got other delivery services, use those instead. You'll be stuck for an hour in this app trying to make an order, only to be sent back to the home menu because "something went wrong", what's wrong is every time you press a button in this app, it runs slower and slower until grinding to a halt.
Terrible user experience. Too many problems with orders, such as incorrect orders, missing items or just outright not arriving (yet marked as "delivered" on the app). Customer service is very bot-like, also terribly slow. While they give you the money back, they don't refund all of it, and they do it with in app coupons (meaning you can't use it anywhere else). This is a bad practice of tying users down to a specific solution. They give no info at all about the deliverers (delivery men), no way to contact them. It's been said that these people turn off their internet connection (so they don't appear on map/chat) and steal the orders, hence it never arriving as mentioned earlier. In cases like this, they don't seem to consult with the deliverers when you contact Customer Support, it's always the "Here is a coupon!" strategy. The only good thing you could say about it (which is actually more of a curse than a blessing), is the fact that since they apparently have low fees compared to other solutions (solutions which I have not had problems with), restaurants seem to choose this over others, and just this, giving clients no other option.
Horrible customer support! I have a food allergy. It was clearly noted in the order and the restaurant ignored it. Their support offered an option of resending the food which was great. After waiting 15 minutes for them to take care of things on their end I was notified that they would not resend, but instead would offer me a credit. The credit didn't even take into account that I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. I definitely recommend using UberEats as they have great service.
The latest in stupidity comes when the send you coupons for discount on restaurant that are 100 km away from your home. Add to that the fact that no one answers when the food is late, incomplete or missing altogether and the just refund your money... Do not use this app, find out if your local restaurant have their own delivery service, you will skip on a lot of frustration and bad times.
The app kept incorrectly giving errors at each step. It gave me an error when logging in, I reopened the app and without re-entering the credentials, and it was now logged in. It gave me an error every time I tried to add a credit card, I went back, and I found that the credit card had been successfully added. Tried to place the order and then it gave me another error.
Awful app. Doesn't accept payment. Orders cancelled after an hour of waiting. I loved glovo but now I am moving on. The app is more difficult to navigate. It's not as intuitive and the search function is odd. Doesn't show delivery driver. No service available apparently. Orders cancelled for not having a product instead of calling to update order. Also the name is so stupid. I feel bad for the person who thought "hey let's make the name more syllables that don't roll off your tongue easily"
