App always crashing or doesn't load, even with upgrade. Having to verify your identity through a driver's license is also ridiculous.

my app will not work. it's been freezing for 2 weeks now. can't make reservations. nothing. since update nothing but problems. so I changed my review

absolutely horrid app. worked for aged but now it just freezes and doesn't work at all when trying to log in. terrible.

This app only works once in a blue moon. literally have to restart my phone before every use or it will freeze up instantly and can't do nothing

I really think you should give me a call in the drawing Y'all don't call me in the drawing at and I play a lot, and I don't think it's fair for when you'll be taking the points from us.And we can't upgrade to another card

I have to chat pr call frequently as the app will not allow me yo fund randomly. support has no answers says go to cage cage says call support. this is one of theeee worst apps for function sometimes and there is really no help whatsoever when it doesn't work just too bad. I hope they replace this company sooon.

i think the app. is okay, the casino needs to loosen up ! what a waste of an hour & a half drive twice recently for short play time on a Lot of money ! Go to Oxford and at least give yourself a winning chance !

I used the app for my last reservation, and it worked extremely well for the room key. I didn't stand in line waiting to check in valet parked and proceeded to my room. The only thing I would recommend is that you inform keyless users how to activate it. I was told by a Bellman that other guests complained about it not working for them, and finally discovered the solution from another staff member on how it properly works if I overlooked the instructions 5stars

very buggy, I ve been a plairidge customer for year, downloaded the app and it didnt recognize my account and started a new one lowering the free play and other comps I earned significantly. I went to plainridge as recommended by the apps chatbot but they werent able to switch it to my regular account or merge accounts. I highly dont recommend this app.

it won't let me do anything on this app. It let me download and enter all of my information creating a profile, and it shows me I have 4 offers available.. but when I try to click on it, it's frozen and says "App is responding" and asks if I want to close or wait. I've tried doing both. I was told by downloading the app and setting it up, you receive some free play, that also didn't happen. not a great experience at all. Anyone know how to get it to work? Already restarted my phone and the app.

this app is sketchy frequently. sometimes it's close the app and start over, some times it's restart your phone, and sometimes it's just not going to work no matter what you do. you would think that a major casino brand like Hollywood could afford a decent developer to make an app better than this. Times must be tough for the house 🙄

There are lots of Casino's to select I choose The M. Why did I choose this Casino. it far more than brick and mortar. its Quality...It's the Staff that Cares....Its the array of things to do... Its FREE PARKING...both self and valet.. It's the only Casino that has a rewards program that gives you cashback for your playing and has a great rewards program...its sparkling clean and is much more...but mainly its just Fun.

One of the worst casino experiences. Only place I can put a 100 through a machine and hit less than 10. Payouts are atrocious unless you're one of the very few lucky ones. Last dozen trips which were all recorded and just under 11% in returns

I've been using this app for a while and really enjoyed it until recently. I started having issues when trying to add funds through the Penn Wallet. I received a Captcha to just slide the bar to the right to let it know I am a human and it said accepted but continued to give me the same Captcha to slide. VERY ANNOYING! Now I just get a blank white screen when I click on Penn Wallet to add funds and no troubleshooting fixes the issue.

river city is terrible. I've been a consistent customer ever since they opened so I see and know the change. Drinks most expensive compared to competitors, machines have tightened so bad you honestly can't even play for even a little while. I will say for a penn property, hollywood is better. That's a long drive for me but let me tell you, 20 plus years and this place has gotten so bad, I don't think I'll need 1-800 bets off. tooooo greedy!

Like everyone else is reporting, your apps constantly freezes about 1 second after launching it. It been months that this has been happening. I've tried updating it, uninstalling it, and even restarting my phone. Your app is crashing on Androids. FIX IT! Also, when it is actually working, it always says I have zero dollars in the app but when I go to the casino, I always have Free Play available. Why doesn't this easily reflect on your app? FIX THAT too!

I used to love going to the Casino, but since the change, you can easily spend $100 before you get a bonus, and then you win crumbs in said bonus. I used to get free play, gifts, and hotel rooms, but all of that stopped when it switched from MyChoice. I finally stopped playing with my card and won my first jackpot. You can connect your card to the app to download money no charge, but the app glitches all the time.

update: 6/23/25 - after a month this app still does not work you can launch it but thats it. freeze everytime and always have to force close it. definitely uninstall. I'd give it a zero star if I could. downloaded app a few days ago and it doesn't work. only got past the activation account screen and then it just keeps freezing up on me. I tried uninstall and reinstall but still doesn't work and always have to force close the app.

agree with crty1217, app crashes, can barely get past the loading screen, freezes, I got to my account once, figured I would set up otp, nope, didn't solve the problem figured I'd give android os and see if you can replicate the issue. right now, it's still horrible after the "fix'. oneui version: 4.1 android version 12 galaxy s10+ hope this helps.

Sometimes, the gaming app sends my money to a different machine, or access is not working at all! It takes $30- $100 just to receive some play back on these new machines, and I'm not happy at all! As much as I play, you don't even send me any decent offers!!! I had made Preferred player status with My Choice, and the customer service was so much better! I was at least getting some free play and better monthly offers besides $5 !! WHAT CAN I REALLY DO WITH $5???
