App always crashing or doesn't load, even with upgrade. Having to verify your identity through a driver's license is also ridiculous.
my app will not work. it's been freezing for 2 weeks now. can't make reservations. nothing. since update nothing but problems. so I changed my review
absolutely horrid app. worked for aged but now it just freezes and doesn't work at all when trying to log in. terrible.
This app only works once in a blue moon. literally have to restart my phone before every use or it will freeze up instantly and can't do nothing
I really think you should give me a call in the drawing Y'all don't call me in the drawing at and I play a lot, and I don't think it's fair for when you'll be taking the points from us.And we can't upgrade to another card
I have to chat pr call frequently as the app will not allow me yo fund randomly. support has no answers says go to cage cage says call support. this is one of theeee worst apps for function sometimes and there is really no help whatsoever when it doesn't work just too bad. I hope they replace this company sooon.
i think the app. is okay, the casino needs to loosen up ! what a waste of an hour & a half drive twice recently for short play time on a Lot of money ! Go to Oxford and at least give yourself a winning chance !
I used the app for my last reservation, and it worked extremely well for the room key. I didn't stand in line waiting to check in valet parked and proceeded to my room. The only thing I would recommend is that you inform keyless users how to activate it. I was told by a Bellman that other guests complained about it not working for them, and finally discovered the solution from another staff member on how it properly works if I overlooked the instructions 5stars
very buggy, I ve been a plairidge customer for year, downloaded the app and it didnt recognize my account and started a new one lowering the free play and other comps I earned significantly. I went to plainridge as recommended by the apps chatbot but they werent able to switch it to my regular account or merge accounts. I highly dont recommend this app.
it won't let me do anything on this app. It let me download and enter all of my information creating a profile, and it shows me I have 4 offers available.. but when I try to click on it, it's frozen and says "App is responding" and asks if I want to close or wait. I've tried doing both. I was told by downloading the app and setting it up, you receive some free play, that also didn't happen. not a great experience at all. Anyone know how to get it to work? Already restarted my phone and the app.
