app never lets you sign in using the same exact credentials as you do on the website or QR code from the tables at restaurants. been this way for approximately 8 months to a year for me.

Thank you so much for finally getting an app. Loading PDF’s in a browser for receipts was not the best experience on a phone. I will be ordering more often now

I ordered 3 different times on this app from Avon Ohio store and all 3 times they didn’t get the order even though payment went through.

App not very useful. Employees do not know how to redeem rewards most of the time. Points do not show up when scanning the barcode in the store most of the time. Also will not post points if you try to enter the receipt number. If you want to use the app for the loyalty […]

Signed up for the loyalty program to start getting points and it never gives me points when I scan in the restaurant. Even when I go into the app to claim points it tells me it’s invalid.

I go to Penn Station once a week. I joined the loyalty program when it started and have placed orders online, in store and on the app and have yet to receive a single point. The in store receipt id says it’s invalid when I try to claim in the app.

App sucks. Never able to add receipt id manually. Contacted company and received response that they would assist. I provided info asked for and points have yet to be added. Frustrating!

useless for me. tried to order the new ghost pepper sub but the only mandatory cheese option is “no cheese”. so I tried to order a teriyaki chicken but there was no option for extra teriyaki. ended up going inside the store and deleting the app
