Description
Been using Perpay – Shop and Build Credit for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you borrow up to $1,000 to shop at their online marketplace. The cool thing is, you can use that money to build your credit too – it reports your payments to the credit bureaus.
Here’s how it works: you apply and they give you a credit limit you can use to buy stuff from their shop. Then you pay it back a little at a time out of your paycheck. There’s no interest or fees, which is pretty nice. And you can even apply for their credit card which gives you 2% rewards.
Look, if you’re trying to build credit or just want to buy some new stuff without having to save up a ton, Perpay is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the selection in the marketplace is kinda limited. But overall it’s a solid option and helps you get what you want now while improving your credit score.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Perpay - Shop and Build Credit. I've tested a bunch of finance apps and this one's pretty solid. The ability to borrow up to $1,000 without interest or fees is a big plus, and being able to build credit through the payments is really useful. And the credit card is a nice perk too. The only downsides I've found are the somewhat limited marketplace selection and the fact that it can get a little repetitive after a while. But overall, if you're looking to buy stuff and improve your credit at the same time, Perpay is definitely worth a look.
