This use to be a decent option. Not anymore, I have a $1,250.00 limit with less than $50.00 owed. My payments have been made on time yet anytime I order I have to wait to get approved. What is the point of the credit limit? Last order got denied stating a late payment. You received payment from my last paycheck which was over the required amount. I'm definitely closing my account. Over a month of trying to order stuff with zero going through. Stay far away everyone is overpriced!

Awesome program, saved Christmas! Great selection of items to buy and your credit limit goes up quickly after a few payments. It's easy to overspend and end up with $200+ payments every paycheck. They prob don't want you to know this but you can lower the amount of your direct deposit and they still count it as on time payments. Great company allowed me to get what my kids wanted for christmas!

When you are still making payments on an order you get maybe one or two notifications every few days or so. However, once you have paid that order off and no longer have to pay them anything..20 notifications a day. All asking you to come back, "hey your limit increased come shop some more" and just everything you can think trying to lure you back. Make sure to turn notifications off. Other than that, the service is exactly what it says, they charge more but you make payments.

great service, pretty good app. it would be nice to be able to go back from a product detail screen to the search results and not have to scroll all the way down to where you were just looking. if it's possible to "remember" where in the list the user is looking, so they can select a product, read the details, and then go back to continue looking exactly where they were previously.

Meh not impressed. App is extremely slow. Selection is good. Also you need to setup direct deposit to make your payments which is just silly, as it takes a week or two for most payroll departments to even process a new direct deposit. On top of that it's another week or two to cancel it, which has you running the risk of paying short or extra if you don't time it right on your last payment. Prices on products are higher than what you would find at your local rent to own places, like Aaron's etc.

Perpay used to be great! Now all of a sudden "a small percentage" (myself included) can no longer get their orders approved. Its been nearly 6 weeks since the problem began and they have no solution....well....there goes my Christmas. I guess this is the reward for being a loyal customer for the past 5+ years. Perpay....hire a new tech team!

I've been a long time customer. it's really upsetting that their app is not functioning correctly where I can get in touch with someone from the Help Center. I keep getting error messages. I've reached out to customer support via email. no one has responded to me. *Edit: Finally got a response via email. The Help Center and Support links in the app still aren't working though.

They are very stubborn and strict. They take forever to respond to your request. Shipping fees are outrageous ranging from the lowest I've seen is $10 for small items and regular from $20-$60 per item. Which can add up real quick even though items are already over priced. I think it's to compensate for something. Most items I received always seems like unwanted partially damaged. I had an item that had a old cigarette butt in the package but couldn't return because I had already opened the box.

Very convenient way to purchase items. Payments are very easy to make and they have a great selection of items with more and more being added. Out of all the similar apps this one and afterpay are by far the best two imo. If you're unsure, make a small purchase with them and test it out. I dont know any of you reading this and usually could care less but when I do see a app or company that is actually "good" I will always try and put a good word out there for them.

First off, the idea and such behind the app is great and Perpay has it spot on and has helped many people on the credit journey path. Now unfortunately, the app does not display correctly on my device to me. Upon logging in and getting to the dashboard, nearly every block, data and text is shifted to far to the left out of viewing range. I can somewhat make out what's being said, that is limited though.

I really like the app. It's definitely helping my credit score. That said. If you purchase something and it doesn't fit, such as shoes I purchased, it's a very long process to return. It was very frustrating. I won't buy clothes or shoes from here again. The other thing is if you look up the exact same items on Amazon the price on PerPay is A LOT HIGHER! Everything is way overpriced. Other than that I have enjoyed using PerPay for the purpose of improving my credit score.

Love this app, brought my credit score up about 75 points just from using my account for about 6 months. Only giving it 4 stars because if there was a "pay now" button that you could press so that if you've already received your check but the payment hasn't come out of your account, you have the option to initiate it. I've had a problem for a few months where, the money is taken out of my account 3 days after I get paid, which isn't bad, I'm just used to the immediate withdrawal which I prefer.

was great. past tense. was very useful. all the way until today when I tried to log in to ensure my last payment went through so that I could change my direct deposit but your app after 7 months decides to log me out. today. I thought no biggie, I'll just log in. nope it needs to make sure I am who I say I am even though I used the secure login and password I created. but what do I know. obviously its not save enough. 🙄 so they want me to verify. I've recent the code 3 times and never got it.

At first I was really skeptical about all this, and decided why not? I could cancel the direct deposit later if it turned out to be shady, but then my first order arrived and I immediately trusted it, the customer support is great, right off the bat, it helps build and increase your credit, and now that they came up with the credit card, increasing my credit became even faster. The store is always being updated with more and more brands so you always have options! So yes, best shopping app!

I was hesitant to try this service at first but went for it anyway because of the easy payment option of it coming right out of my check and I am very happy that I did. no hassles with worry about paying my payment on time. the payment is removed and the rest of my check comes to me. 90 days and I've already built up 650 dollars more on my spending limit. if your hesitating like I was trust me it's real! I ordered, set up my direct deposit and it was delivered. appreciate ya perpay!!

convenient! Market- its nice to have the option to pay over time with it coming right from your pay. It helps when you just cant afford it up front and also hate the hassle of waiting for the payment to come out of your checking account. The credit card- it is great to help build credit, this also comes out of your payroll. It restricts the card if for some reason your payment from payroll doesn't come. This to me helps with not acurring more debt than you can afford!!

This has been the best app that has ever been developed. For me, I have been able to go from not being able to spell the word credit to getting $0 down payment offers on vehicles. I have been able to get some personal loans with great interest rates, it's literally been the best thing to happen to me financially. I appreciate Perpay so much and I will continue to buy from Perpay. As soon as I pay one order off, I will immediately start another. I LOVE IT!!

can't use the shop or click set up direct deposit. the shop just keeps loading and never loads. I keep getting an error on the app and on the web trying to set up direct deposit. fix your stupid bugs. Update: I finally got it to work, and now I am enjoying the entire process. Yea, things may be a little more than buying it outright, but that is to be expected. Got my items in and they work great. No issues since the beginning.

The Perpay model for payment via direct deposit is a great, easy model and one that requires little set up. The only thing that is disappointing is shipping times. It seems items are queued for shipping for quite some time before they actually ship, a noticeably slower shipping turn around from other BNPL type platforms. I will say, their customer service is quite good. Responsive, friendly and easy to connect with.

I really enjoy PerPay so far. I used it to get my favorite perfume that's usually wayyy out of my price range. The app is pretty straightforward and walks you through the steps. It didn't have an option for "Semi Monthly" pay (what i have), so I was worried that it would affect my credit score or account. I messaged customer service and got a bot at first, but then was promptly assisted by real people which I really appreciate. I think a "wishlist" feature would be a great addition
