The subscription free version does just about everything I need/want, except for the ads. I’d be willing to pay a one-time fee ($5-$10) for an ad free version of the app. None of the subscription features are anything I would use, other than removing the ads and possibly saving documents locally, instead of uploading.

With 6 aging/ailing furkids, I’ve been looking for something to replace my notepad to track meds, symptoms, weights, etc, and this app is proving perfect.
