terrible update app keeps crashing when opening

keeps crashing since updated. please fix!

I haven’t been able to get on app for a week. No updates. won’t let me sign in. Very disappointed. Love it prior to this issue

Great way to keep up with your pet, appointments, and any. prescriptions. Smooth running app.

I would also like a tablet version which is easier for me. It doesn’t give me the option.

I like that the app keeps me informed of all my pets information and needs.

after the last update, after login, I always get the “something went wrong” page. reset app does not help

After updating on 9/4 app crashes upon startup. Reset app crash. Reboot phone crash. Reinstall app crash. The old app may have been clunky but at least it worked.

Another laggy app with minimal features given to us by the corporate vets to appear like they are so advanced in 2025. Just another reason why they gouge us so much because they provide these useless little features to justify their inflated prices.

My vet recently switched to this app; it is extremely unintuitive to use. Even with the tutorial, I cannot figure out how to accomplish anything I’m trying to accomplish with it. All I’m trying to do is update my pet’s info and schedule an appointment.

Within the last few days the app opens to the home page and then closes. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled the app and restarted my phone, reinstalled the app (several times) and it continues the same process.

This app looks promising but lacks some basic information about my pets that would make it truly useful. It needs details about all vaccinations, not just rabies.
