***update 4/11/24 --- after updating the app, the app now works. Thank you! It's a bit sluggish, but at least it is working. Thank you! Nothing works on this app any longer. I can't click anything. It's frozen on the initial screen after log-in. Never had any issues until the recent update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

I was sent a link to this app by my veterinarian. Upon installing, the app does not render properly on my phone. The screens appear to be designed for a desktop screen and do not resize or re-orient. Because of this, I see a sign-in form, but don't know what the fields are presented. Very poor and could have easily been tested.

Great way to keep up with your pet, appointments, and any. prescriptions. Smooth running app.

I would also like a tablet version which is easier for me. It doesn't give me the option.

***EDIT: The login issue was the fault of my veterinarian office - a software update issue, and NO fault of this app. Monica Farfan of Customer Support is a GEM, was incredibly helpful and patient, and walked me through every step.*** Stupid app won't let me login, keeps saying my password is invalid, even though I just changed it. 😑 Now I remember why I deleted it. 🤬

I like that the app keeps me informed of all my pets information and needs.

after the last update, after login, I always get the "something went wrong" page. reset app does not help

After updating on 9/4 app crashes upon startup. Reset app crash. Reboot phone crash. Reinstall app crash. The old app may have been clunky but at least it worked.

Another laggy app with minimal features given to us by the corporate vets to appear like they are so advanced in 2025. Just another reason why they gouge us so much because they provide these useless little features to justify their inflated prices.

this app doesn't let me fully log in but would take me to a screen that said something went wrong; this isn't only on my phone but on other devices I tried logging into. I am very disappointed in this app as I used to love it when I first got it, but now I can't even see my pets' next appointments.

My vet recently switched to this app; it is extremely unintuitive to use. Even with the tutorial, I cannot figure out how to accomplish anything I'm trying to accomplish with it. All I'm trying to do is update my pet's info and schedule an appointment.

Within the last few days the app opens to the home page and then closes. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled the app and restarted my phone, reinstalled the app (several times) and it continues the same process.

*EDIT* I did uninstall and and reinstall with the update. It is working now. Looking at it for a short time it seems easy to use and navigate through. I downloaded the app, confirmed my email, set up a password and logged in. The app quickly crashed and kept crashing. I would push the reset app button and it wouldn't do anything. It just kept saying "oh no" and "tell us what happened". I uninstalled the app and re-download multiple times and it just keeps doing the same thing.

This app looks promising but lacks some basic information about my pets that would make it truly useful. It needs details about all vaccinations, not just rabies. It also needs details of current and ongoing conditions, tests / test results, treatments, etc. And it shows prescriptions only if they have been filled at the veterinarian's office, so the list is incomplete. Not sure how much I'll use this app since it lacks the information I actually need.

constantly crashing. everytime i go to use it and to show our clients that they can see their own pets information, it crashes. i can't even open it. was a good app when i could use it and would be great for those of us who travel or take our pets to a groomer. i have a similar app for my exotics that use a different clinic and love it.

Love the idea; execution is lacking. I tried to update all id my pets' microchips, but instead of updating, it sent a request to my vet. Fine, except when my vet approved the update, it simply archived the request (never labeled processed), then the info never synced to the app, so the microchip numbers still aren't showing up. I don't know if this is an app fail, a sales & training fail, or a developer fail, but someone surely dropped the ball when I can't even simply add a microchip number.

I want to update my review. Since my review the administrators have reached out and made any adjustments that needed to be made and the app works perfectly. Kudos. I have been trying to access this app since I set my account up and it keeps saying something went wrong and when I try to reset the app nothing happens. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and got the same thing.
