***update 4/11/24 --- after updating the app, the app now works. Thank you! It's a bit sluggish, but at least it is working. Thank you! Nothing works on this app any longer. I can't click anything. It's frozen on the initial screen after log-in. Never had any issues until the recent update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.
I was sent a link to this app by my veterinarian. Upon installing, the app does not render properly on my phone. The screens appear to be designed for a desktop screen and do not resize or re-orient. Because of this, I see a sign-in form, but don't know what the fields are presented. Very poor and could have easily been tested.

I haven't been able to get on app for a week. No updates. won't let me sign in. Very disappointed. Love it prior to this issue
Great way to keep up with your pet, appointments, and any. prescriptions. Smooth running app.
I would also like a tablet version which is easier for me. It doesn't give me the option.
***EDIT: The login issue was the fault of my veterinarian office - a software update issue, and NO fault of this app. Monica Farfan of Customer Support is a GEM, was incredibly helpful and patient, and walked me through every step.*** Stupid app won't let me login, keeps saying my password is invalid, even though I just changed it. 😑 Now I remember why I deleted it. 🤬
I like that the app keeps me informed of all my pets information and needs.
after the last update, after login, I always get the "something went wrong" page. reset app does not help
