Description
Been playing Phases of the Moon for a couple months now. It’s basically a 3D moon simulation app where you can explore the different phases and get all kinds of moon data. Pretty solid if you’re into stargazing and lunar stuff.
There’s a ton of features – you can track moon rise and set times, see the illumination level, and even get astrology info. And it’s got a nice 3D model you can swipe through to see the changing phases. And there’s a monthly calendar so you can plan your moon-related activities.
Look, if you’re into astronomy or just love the moon, you’ll probably get a kick out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying at times – but overall it does a really nice job of bringing the moon to your fingertips. Worth checking out for sure.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Phases of the Moon. I've tested a bunch of moon and astronomy apps, and this one is definitely one of the better ones. The 3D moon model is super cool, and I like how you can get all kinds of detailed info without it feeling overwhelming. And the calendar feature is really handy too. On the downside, the ads can get a little intrusive, and I wish the upgrade options were a bit more flexible. But overall, it's a pretty polished app that delivers a great moon-viewing experience.
