this app only works occasionally, other times it just sits there and scans, then gives me an error, I have to resort to editing the photos myself because it's just not a reliable software at all. it's like rolling the dice every time I pick it up. I do not recommend relying on this app at all for consistent usage. I can't contact supposed from the app, since I can't even get that far without first scanning my photo. (I deleted and redownloaded it, now I can't get past the scan)

UPDATE: the app is about 98% back to normal. still a little slow on scanning the image to remove the background, but more reliable. ------ this was my go to app for photo editing for my small business. I use the paid version. since the last update it will not work. when a photo is loaded it locks up and continues to scan. it never moves past that process. need a fix fadt or I'm moving to Canva.

This last update fixed a crucial bug, and I appreciate that. But I really liked the 'studio' quality backgrounds. They were awesome! Please bring them back! Another thing I miss, is when you duplicate or edit a cutout, it used to snap the pic back into place. Having to try and place it directly onto the pic isn't easy sometimes. Anyhow, I hope to see more improved updates in the future so I can continue to give more stars! 🤞

So I have to say, I do really love this app and what it offers but there's definitely room for improvement. I think my 1st, and biggest issue that I'd like to see remedied, is the fact that there's no way to upload your own photo and mess around with it in Ai. 2nd thing that bothers me and seems to be the norm nowadays for some reason, it's marketed as "create any image you can imagine" but has censorship on A LOT of stuff. If I'm paying, I want to be unrestricted!!

Fantastic app! Has more photo editing features than I could ever possibly think of and then some. And they are quite generous with the options allowed for use without paying for it... which made me purchase a subscription all the more. Great marketing technique! Completely convinced me to buy the pro version which is reasonably priced in comparison to other apps. I highly recommend this app to anyone who likes photo editing. I promise, you won't be disappointed. Amazing job app creators. 👍❤️📸

Used to be great but not anymore. It's super glitchy and the batch option doesn't even work properly. After your photos are uploaded with a background, the object in the photo disappears. Then you have to go in and do each one individually. I paid for the pro version thinking it would help with all the issues, but it doesn't. And no refunds! What a waste.

I was using the PRO app for a year. However, it still has some problems and needs some better updates. First of all, Ai does not understand what I want and keeps making the background its own. Second, this app doesn't have color control and size reduction. So, I have to take a photo to another app to fix the color and the size of the photo. Third, I can't attach my own logo to the picture or can't write my own words. When I attach my logo to the picture, it does not let me

Good app, sometimes difficult to manuever as it sometimes doesn't flow and once you tap a pic to see it better you can't go back to see the other previously generated versions. You will have to generate another. This adds up as you have a limit. Conflicting pricing also. In some areas it says $14 or $15 a month, other links (all via app, google play, etc...) say $5.99 a week. I tried monthly, even when clicking a link, and there is no other option but weekly or yearly. Good app...too expensive.

Why is there a sneaky "free" upgrade to Max without providing the terms first? I clicked to see the terms and was upgraded at the same time as being provided the terms with no opt-out! Then to downgrade you might lose your current pro pricing because you have to cancel and then renew. Are a bunch of people going to be charged an exorbitant amount in 6 months when their free trial for Max ends since there's no opt-out? I hate this and it's such a waste of my time when I was just trying to login!

New version is not as good. 😔 I've had this app for about a year and been happy with it for $90/year. Now the results aren't as good and they have a new tier which costs $250/yr. They are getting greedy!! They have slowed down the $90/yr plan and no longer show you 4 options. You have to keep hitting the button for more options. Feels like a bait and switch since I've already had this app. I can get photoshop for $10/mo. There are lots of other AI apps, why would I pay so much more?
