So here's my honest take on Phound Phone. I've tested a bunch of secure messaging apps and this one's pretty solid. The persona management feature is really handy, let's you keep your work and personal life separate. And the verified ID thing is a game-changer, no more worrying about scams or spam. On the downside, I've found the app can be a bit glitchy at times. And the UI is a little basic, could use some polish. But overall, if you value privacy and want a safer way to communicate, Phound is worth a look.

Description

Been using Phound Phone for a couple months now. It’s basically a secure messaging and calling app that puts your identity front and center. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can create different personas for work, personal life, etc. and control how you communicate with each contact. There’s also a cool verified identity feature – you’ll always know who you’re talking to. And the end-to-end encryption is a nice touch, gives you some peace of mind.

Look, if you’re big on privacy and safe communication, you’ll probably like Phound. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

The audio and call quality is too worst. It barely makes the communication. Also it keeps getting ringing but the other person does not even receive the call.
