The app allows you to call free in a USA for free , but it will shows up your registered number to caller. you can buy a number if you want to prevent exposing your number.

It's only sending the verification code to my old number I was using and since I got my new number it won't send out any verification code unless it's my old number and I don't have that number any more that's weird please help me with this

The audio and call quality is too worst. It barely makes the communication. Also it keeps getting ringing but the other person does not even receive the call.

I buyed a number payment got deducted and number didn't got rented and that's a really bad thing and they also not refund the money it's been 3 or 4 times this have happened to me and make sure don't do it again

I did Topup of $10 first after the first $5 i used to get a number ,but I didn't use it and it disappeared, i had to now subscribe for $5 , I was debited from my bank account but still no money in the phound app . What's going on , if i won't see the money in the app , please I need my $15 back please

Seems it is like those apps who are destined to fail. Tried to activate many times, received activation calls many times but no 6 digit code received by call or sms. Uninstalled & NOT recommended :(

Hello, I've been using your Phound number service. My free texts have been exhausted and I paid for $10 but neither the funds have credited in the wallet yet nor have I gotten any texts in my plan. I've sent 3-4 emails in 3 days and no reply except a bot reply saying a support executive will get in touch with me. I think they're still replying to my query.

Worst app ever seen you guys just scamming people. I have bought phound subscription for 4 times because everytime when I purchase the number money has been deducted but number has been not allotted I am attaching the payment screenshot for your reference. I have paid $10 but still it's not restoring my number or not given new one after subscribing. I would like to get my money back.

After few days, blocked to make call, once I did the payment also it was not working, also no response to mail.

I have created my account and paid subscription as well but next day my account is automatically suspended without any reason. useless app don't buy.

I just paid for texting with $10 The funds haven't been added to my Phound wallet yet. I've written to support but there's no prompt response to it either. Please let me know.

Dont take subsriptions after taking subscriptions you cant make calls and texts cuz after 2 days they asking you to send Gov id ..and if you are from India or from other country you are no longer to use i have changed my ratings...after done subscriptions you are asking to upload my Gov ID card otherwise i cant do calls and send texts ...

The customer support doesn't ever respond to any queries, technical, or support matters. I have sent countless support issues, which I am yet to receive a response nor the issues resolved. Secondly, any number you buy on this app don't give it to clients, customers, partners, etc, it will end in premium tears, because if you are unable to renew immediately, that number is gone. Note that the calls you make from the second number you buy here will be charged from your local registered number.

i paid for USA number two times but never got any number .Even their helpline never reply for the complaints. I think this is one of the scammers apps.I edited it's *rate now.

I paid around $58.52 for 1 year subscription and with in 1 day app asking for verification or kyc and I am trying to do that also but there are lots of error showing I hope phound phone will look in to it I already rise the querie also
