So here's my honest take on Piano by Yousician. I've tried a bunch of music learning apps and this one's one of the better ones, in my experience. The instant feedback feature is super useful and helps you improve a lot faster than just watching videos. And the progression system is well-designed too - it starts easy and gradually gets more challenging as you level up.

The main downside is that it can get a bit repetitive and grindy after a while, especially if you're not super motivated. And the free version has some limitations that make it harder to advance. But if you're willing to pay a few bucks, it's a worthwhile investment in learning piano.

Description

Been using Piano by Yousician for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that teaches you how to play the piano. Pretty solid if you’re trying to learn an instrument, especially if you’re a beginner like me.

Here’s what you do – you connect your real piano or keyboard and the app listens as you play. It gives you instant feedback on your timing and accuracy, which is super helpful. There’s also video lessons to walk you through stuff, and it tracks your progress to keep you motivated. And the library of songs is huge, covers everything from classical to modern hits.

Look, if you’re into learning instruments, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a great job of teaching you piano step-by-step. Worth checking out if you want to pick up a new skill.

One of the worst apps for learning anything I've ever seen. I'll play the right note and it will mark it as wrong. So after that I tried the built-in...

For the most part, it's fine. However, my biggest issue with it is that, at the beginning of each lesson, it shows you which notes and positions you'll need to...

To be honest, it's a great app. I tried out most of the instruments, including ukulele, piano, and guitar, and it really helped me learn from beginner to pro. It...
