I downloaded and uninstalled the app due to it being unreliable and giving incorrect information/diagnosis. Then I was charged a yearly subscription even after canceling the subscription. Dealing with customer service attempting to get my money back. Very shady business tactics it seems. unfortunately, the app simply didn’t work as described for our needs.
