Been using Pilates Workout at Home for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that has Pilates exercises to help you lose weight and get in shape. Pretty solid app if you’re into fitness and want to work on your core strength.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of Pilates workouts you can follow along with, from beginner stuff to more advanced. It’s got wall Pilates which uses the wall for support, and there’s also regular mat Pilates. And the workouts target your abs, back, legs, pretty much your whole body. Took me a while to figure out some of the moves but the instructions are decent.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit and tone up at home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the music can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to add some Pilates to your routine.
