Great app, really helpful for counting and has changed the way I work. However, this all depends on how stable the latest version is. Sometimes you get some bugs or stability issues, but when you don't, the app works great. Really disappointed that they're charging $34.99 per month for an individual user (way too much in my opinion), I'd happily pay $9.99 per month.

Great app, however you are only limited to 10 free shots per day and then you're forced to pay a hefty monthly fee to keep using it. I will gladly pay a one time fee to keep using this app, but I am so sick of subs for everything. Hoping to see the limit raised to at least 20 or a much cheaper pricing option.

no more counting by hand. it saves a lot of time and effort

It has no ability to zoom in and check or correct a count before saving. If you touch the image, it adds a dot and increases the count, but won't let you remove it. It doesn't actually save the images locally, or allow you to share to built in apps using the name you gave it already, so you have to type the name twice. It's biggest problem is hardware compatibility. This app does not seem to run on anything other than a phone with a data plan...tablets with wifi are a no-go. Suspicious.

Almost accurate counting... Needs some updates though... Unable to share, as the app crashes everytime I try to share the count... Also, after the image has been analyzed, we are given the option to point out extra pills which have not been marked by the app, but without a zoom option, it becomes difficult. Pls provide a zoom option for the images

Made numerous attempts to download your app on two different pc's and three pc's? The pill-counter would be a very useful tool. Thanks, Joe

it's a great app but live mode needs to be released for android devices.

This rating is because the link to resetting a password doesn't work. I'd appreciate if this is resolved

why do I need to make an account to count pills? after I did that I can't get past the screen where it ask about your profession. I work in mental health and it's not listed, If I select the option not listed it just refreshes and starts over.

Perfect. This app works just as you'd like it to. Sometimes it may register other light coloured shapes as pills (like lettering on the counting trays) but its not big deal. This app saves me so much time in the pharmacy at my vet clinic counting meds! I love it! Highly recommend. Just make sure you use it on a surface that is much different from the pill colour. Else they may blend and it won't be able to count.

counts pills very accurately you just pour them on a table and take a picture of them and it will count them until you are. you don't have to pay for the paid version and it's super easy to use. it sure beats counting pills one by one

The app works. The introduction of a subscription at $24 a month does not make it worthwhile and is out of touch with the market. There are equally good apps that offer their services at a fraction of the price so unfortunately switched services.

Loved it for awhile. Then it started requiring login every time you use it. I can see that being an option, but would be nice not to have to when I'm only using it now and then and don't store any info in it. Now starting about 3-4 weeks ago I can't even open the app! I tried updating the app and un/reinstalling but it won't open. Really disappointed.

I'm not a pharmacist, just a mom tracking inventory of our family's pills. It counts pills fast. It can count applicator-free tampons & 1" square dog pills. You can add items to it, but you can't edit the item's name. You can add "preset" quantities so you can add full bottles of pills. You only get 10 free scans a day, which isn't enough. The subscription is $25/month which is ridiculous for a non-pharmacist. They need a 50 scan per day option for $1.99/month. Maybe 100 scans for $3.99/month.

Would rate zero if possible. Worked well for 1 year, then started requiring login for every use. Then, most recently started requiring a subscription of $25 a month to use for more than a handful of free counts. As someone that only needs it for a quarterly inventory count that's an obscene amount of money to pay. I'll go back to hand counting everything before giving any $ for this app.

The app is buggy and the UI is clunky and not smooth. Which was fine for a free app. The $25 a month for usage of this app is absolutely absurd. I do believe it's a brilliant app and the developer should be paid but it should be fair. You switched to being a paid app right in the middle of our q3 inventory for an animal hospital. What else did I find frustrating about this is that you used our input to train your AI. So we helped with the development technically and get hit with this cost?

Subscription based system now. 25/month is a hefty cost. App worked in the past for free, using AI and internet to take the photo, analyze it, and send back a fairly accurate count of the pills. The app requires a good internet connection to work fast, for both signing in, and also taking the photos to analyze. Back then this used to be a free app, but now it seems like they limit you to 10 free uses per day and want $25 USD to do the same thing. Edit - they are buying 5 star reviews 9/29/23

Was amazing, now it's terrible. Not long ago it was a simple app that you just load it up and take a picture of the pills. Helped with counting multiple trays at once to keep up on busy days. Unfortunately, there was a UI update that served no purpose than to take longer to load and add an extra button press, and now you can't even use the app without signing up, more than likely just to have your email sold to advertisers. It was nice while it lasted.

10 free uses per day is pretty bad. I understand server costs are a thing but $25/mo is egregious. Especially when some (especially newer) devices have the hardware to do all of the computation on device. It would be nice if free on-device processing was an option. Obviously it would eat battery life, but that would be worth it. Especially if you're concerned about security, on-device processing is the way to go.

Unstable app with predatory pricing. As a free app, I could tolerate the frequent freezes and instances where the app failed to load. In fairness, It does a good job counting pills but given that's the only utility for this app, the price point of $25 per month sounds laughable and ridiculous. I'd maybe willing to pay something like $3 per month for it. Even if it was at $5 /Mo I couldn't justify subscribing to it. I just find it hard to imagine anyone would buy this at the current price.
