I hate this app always when I ask my dad to open a game it lags always I need to wait so much for it to open

This is a rubbish app of number 1. Do not download any of it otherwise your mobile will get locked and will start asking for payment.

This application has been nothing short of a disastrous experience for me. It operates more like a prison guard than a useful tool, imposing an unbearable sense of confinement and surveillance. The damage it has caused to my personal integrity and dignity is irreparable.

an app to track kids needing unnecessary permission and requiring an internet connection, something that is not guaranteed when outside... + someone wishing to harm/abduct said child can and WILL just disable the phone, let alone gps and internet

Worked once, then no more..... I went through the rigmarole of customer service trying to point me to different settings which didn't correlate with my phone. The fact that it had worked once proved that my settings were fine! Complete waste of time and money and if you're wanting this as a safety mechanism, it's frankly unsafe. I asked for a refund, but was met with so many hoops to jump through, I left it there. Research other apps before you pay £30 for this.

good for knowing there favorite places and how much time they spend on apps

Absolutely trash garbage because what do you mean you can listen what your child does IT'S NONE OF YOUR DANG BUSINESS zero privacy like zero and you can watch your childrens camera drains battery faster then lighting McQueen while typing this on power saving mode lost 5% if you want your child to be safe don't get this app because most of the tools are just for children privacy invation and olso your child will lose trust and love of their parents anyways running out if space 0 stars if I could

It NEVER works when I need it to the MOST. It keeps wanting me to upgrade but it doesn't work consistently in basic subscription

completely shut down my phone won't let me go on to the apps basically can't use my keyboard it's stupidly slow now and yes completely wrecked my phone do not recommend

it want's to know who your texting and automatically disables chrome. I would not recomend it.

Could not find how to remove "Your kid's phone is discharged." error message that kept the app from tracking. Had to reinstall.

Hate this extremely. My mom forced me to install it and now I have no privacy. Tracks my location, activity and even knows my screen time. The hell is with this? It doesn't gain any trust, doesn't help with a good relationship with your parents — it destroys everything. What's the point if my parents don't trust me? It doesn't help at all. Hate it.

this app is the worst. I could be playing a game, and then it says, "Parents can listen in on your conversation and yiur screen!" like we don't care then it slides to a blank space back to the game on roblox it would completely mess up the screen by only going in and out lastly this app uses battery life and it blocks views and stalks your entire move this app is actually annoying and diabolical

The app is severely broken and malfunctions at every chance it gets. It'll drain battery several times more quickly when working, and then, when the battery goes below ~50%, it'll shut itself down. A ping sent now could go off now, or in five hours, or any random time between and after, it's purpose is to track locations and stalk, the first being better met by almost every single other app that asks for location settings, and the second not functioning at all on its own in the app.

After downloading the pingo application, the mobile gets very hot, my Samsung mobile also exploded because of the same, please update this pingo application a little so that the mobile does not heat up and this pingo also drains the battery quickly.

Drains 10% battery offline throughout the day. By the time I open my phone it's 50% or so not letting me do as much as 100% capacity. There are other apps better suited for GPS tracking

I hate this app. My mom forced me to install it, and ever since, I’ve felt like I have no privacy at all. She tracks where I go, checks my phone activity, and even listens to my surroundings without me knowing. It’s exhausting to feel controlled 24/7. This app doesn’t help build trust—it destroys it. I get that it’s for safety, but it just makes me feel like a prisoner, not a kid..... This app may help parents feel more “secure,” but for kids like me, it creates anxiety and stress...

So I've paid for this service to track my teenagers phone, seems like it might work pretty good. The problem, it didn't set up properly and I get very limited to no information at all. In fact, I can't even log into my account because their "forgot password" feature takes a week or more (and counting) to respond.. Help me out, allow me to use the app I paid money for. Otherwise, please send me a refund and email me when you've got a worthwhile product
