I've been using the site and the app for a long while now, and it's the best one out there in my opinion. I just have a tini tiny compliant about the different sizes for the pictures. Because they used to be available for more credits if you wanted them but now they're a premium option 🥲. Please don't make everything premium, I know it's hard, but it's good as it is ✨.
Reviews for PixAI: AI Anime Art Generator
in the past, i would give this app a 5☆ review. however, on recent updates, i noticed the changes in UI and also the animation prospect after creating an image. it's hard for me to navigate through as sometimes the selection screen falls off. then comes the animation, which, to me, is heartbreaking. i'm not entirely sure which update this happened, but paying membership to make animated images is a drawback. back when it was free to use for everyone meant everything to me. now it's just pay2use.
Good but not. I generally like this app but I have 2 major flaws. The first being that no matter how hard I try or add it to negative prompts I keep getting child like images. The second is in that same vain. The needs to be a way to dislike an image. You can like them but the only way to dislike is to delete the whole set. So maybe delete individual images or a dislike button. I understand a lot of creeps use this stuff to make their peedo dreams but I'm not one of them.
It's a great app and it works well, being quite good at avoiding NSFW images. Although, as much as I try to tell the bots to add something (EG full armour) or not add something (extra people or exposed skin), it does the literal exact opposite. It gives me characters I didn't ask for. For my paladin/knight, it gives her a lot of exposed skin (a big no-no on the battlefield). I have no idea if this is an issue from my end or the app's, so please let me know if there's a way to solve this issue.
Already hating it. I barely type in any prompts and I'm breaching the NSFW limitations for using the word "Bouncing"! Half the stuff I try to make straight up doesn't appear for because the image its "under Moderation", whatever that means! And then there's how I am losing way more credits than I should be, with no apparent rhyme or reason! The price is random and skyrocketed to 30,000 immediately! If I don't get daily credits, or just keep getting this "Moderation" block, I'll uninstall.
Would love to see a way to get extra free credits, like watching ads. I understand we're given free credits every day, but it'd be such a good idea to allow users to watch ads for a certain number of credits. It's technically a win-win since we get more credits to use and you get extra revenue to keep the service running. Otherwise, It's a fantastic app that is overall free and high quality, and I would love to give it 5 stars.
It used to be a really good place until Google took it down for content concerns, it's now disappointing and mid because of the strict content filters (especially if it's safe for work). If it's not broken, don't ever fix it anymore. No wonder why I left their Discord server because of it (I'm one of those who left) and they should've gone to the standalone APK route instead of bending the knee to censorship.🙁
Creates decent enough quality images and fairly quick. Generating images costs credits, you get a sort of "daily allowance" of credits so you can make a pretty decent amount of images per day. I'm not a fan of the way they moderate the images that get generated as sometimes the images I generate basically get locked saying "current task is under moderation" and I assume this is so they can block nsfw images but it seems to happen on images that are entirely sfw too which is very annoying. No ads
Four stars because they give you credits for logging in every day, with the free version. The problem is, when it says it'll cost 1000 credits to generate images, they deduct 1800 credits. And there are alot of bad LoRAs that put your images "under moderation" - no refund for images they don't let you see. IDK, there are a lot of models and even more LoRAs, so there is alot to explore here. I'm not going to subscribe until they get the in-app currency fixed. BUT, this app has real potential
I've been on this app since this start. There were no restrictions, and everyone did their own thing and made good art. But in the last couple of months, there are a lot of restrictions on here. But now it's way too much now. I can't even put some details without saying, "It violates their sensitive policy." And if you get a prompt to go through and there is a chance that it is going under moderation. Plus it's own prompt helper violates their sensitive policy.
