Charging fees even I didn't subscribe? I paid for that 1 PICTURE but I didn't even subscribe. Why the hell did you make charges in my e-wallet without any prior notice? Is that how your service works? I need refund immediately and send a link for cancellations of my subscription. Psshh

I’m very disappointed with this app. I was charged twice without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. Despite reaching out to customer support for a refund, I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly—I shouldn’t have to chase after money that was taken without my consent

This website not working properly approximately 5-10 hours per day. Monthly one or two days it's working well other days it's waste of time. and costumer service response not good. They are asking use application but application also not working properly any time it's showing error codes. Many times our email also not working/not send emails. Then how to get refund. Worst experience

I was charged despite cancelling my subscription. seems to be a scam. please DO NOT sign up for the pro account it's been over a week of chasing them. multiple evidences of cancelling and a false charge have been submitted and no refund has yet been done. extremely frustrating

I have been using the app for a while. It was great at first but now I'm finding it very hit and miss. I buy credits as needed. I've also noticed that it's giving violation warnings for perfectly innocent requests. Very disappointed. Pixelcut you need to do better.

I was unexpectedly charged ₱599 for my subscription, even though the app indicated that it would only cost ₱1, so I am urgently requesting a full refund of the incorrect charge. Please be responsible with your app, as anyone unaware of the actual subscription fee may experience the same issue as I did.

I was accidentally charged after a free trial ended, and while the refund wasn’t instant, it was eventually processed without too much trouble. I appreciate that the system worked and that I got my money back. The app itself seemed solid just not what I needed at the time. Thanks to the developer for offering a trial and being fair about the refund process.

HUGE SCAM THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I signed up for the trial version of the app and tried to cancel one day before the charge, but the app was completely unresponsive. Both the app itself AND in Google play. So there was NO WAY to cancel and I got charged for it. THEN THE APP STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. IT JUST WORKED FOR THE TRIAL, THAT'S IT. IT'S A HUGE SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS. Customer service NEVER RESPONDED. I sent emails, messages on social media, everything to no avail. They stole my money

Hi! I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription on your app, and it was automatically renewed. I have already emailed your support team about this issue and am awaiting a response. I am no longer using the app and need a refund for the automatic renewal charge. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution.

Disappointed and Misleading – Beware Before Subscribing! I’m extremely disappointed with the Pixelcut photo editor app. Nowhere during the signup process was it clearly mentioned that after paying for the yearly subscription, you would still need to purchase credits separately to fully use many features. It felt very misleading – I expected full access after subscribing. Instead, it turned out to be a paywall after another paywall. This kind of approach is unfair to users and should be clearly

I would like to request for the cancellation of the subscription purchase which was also made accidentally and automatically paid. Please consider other users who accidentally click the trial. And process the cancellation of the subscription. I was trying to send an email but you are unreachable. If I could give you a negative, I could. This is an unauthorized transaction. Work it on immediately.

First, it wasn't obvious enough that I was about to pay $60 to lock-in for a full year rather than try it out for $5/mth. The desktop version is buggy and corrections in the background remover aren't intuitive. If I get caught up in manually fixing the background errors, there's a solid chance it will freeze and loose all the work. The main thing I'd hoped to do with this app was arrange multiple images into 1, but this option (which is free on Canva) isn't even available.

I really like this app a lot. Being a novice in photography, I unfortunately lessened the quality of my pictures by not knowing the differences between jpg PNG and PDF. I now have a very good grasp on the differences. I was able to increase the resolution of my images by almost 400%. In essence I was able to sell my works of art fairly quickly, and at a sensational price. Very good work developers. 5-stars hands down. I won't be deleting this app ever.

There is a free version and a subscription option. I am using the free option. So far, is pretty user friendly and when you press the " Edit Option" to "Remove Background, you select your image and "slidethe icon to the Right" to remove the background. i really love it bc its not confusing like most apps and the image looks great. The free version DOES NOT allow you too remove the "watermark" bc this is a Paid Sub Option. But I think this is a really great app!

Requires a continuous paid membership to use, while it says it offers a 3 day trial it makes you agree to be billed for it before you can even use the trial, doesn't let you pay a small one time fee to use all features forever, or to watch an ad to use a feature like it should. Nobody wants to pay a subscription fee to use your app, or any other app that they will barely use except for once and a great while morons!

Love the concept, wish it worked. I was planning on paying for the premium version but 10 minutes with the trial made me wanna throw my phone. I have very good wifi and both on wifi and on phone data this app won't work consistently. I got it to work once after hitting try again over and over. Tried restarting my phone, deleting and re-downloaded the app, and checked my internet speed. It keeps saying check internet connection anyway. Would be happy to pay for the full version if it work!

Update - Almost a year later and you still not worthy!! The others I use cut, erase 10 times faster than your $60 a year app and cost way less than yours!!! - You want $60 a year for the pro version and I have free apps that has done a perfect cut out on the first try!! Yours not so much!! The colors in the second it missed were complete opposites, so it should have been a problem!!! Just saying

Buyer beware! Bait and Switch! AI generate backgrounds were great during the trial period. As soon as I was charged, the quality went way down. The "home" backgrounds are now identical to the "wood" ones. The furniture, doorways, flowers, and various flooring is gone. The "Garden" backgrounds were my favorite at first, now I'm always floating in mid air or balancing on a ledge. And it won't generate ANYTHING if there is any nudity or anything close in the photo you're editing. Disappointing.

It's very rare that I go out of my way to leave a bad review, but wow. This has got to be the most disappointing thing I've purchased . . . maybe ever. 500 characters in a review just wasn't enough to go through the extent of why this software was such an epic failure for me, so the main take away I want to give you is that the AI which is used to adjust photos is just incompetent. Don't tap the free trial, just go next.

I would say it is definitely a good app for enhancing product photos when using your phone and want to post on social media but I wish it had better functions. It is far more tedious for the busy small business owner who doesn't have time to play around with basic photo editing. For example when trying to layer photos and backgrounds, it sucks doing it on your phone and you end up only able to use one. Then when you try to layer photos, there are limits to that also; like selecting from my photos, I cannot just scroll through my albums and only the camera roll? Very annoying. There is no option to "save" to the portfolio, just save to phone or another app and then you press the back button and it says "if you don't save, you'll lose your work". It's pretty basic, would rather stick to Canva but at least you have the option to use on the laptop and have way more functions. The 3 stars is for being able to remove the background and leave just the object you want to use, but that also has some limits. Cancelling the subscription cause I can always crop out the "pixelcut" on the free version.
