This website not working properly approximately 5-10 hours per day. Monthly one or two days it's working well other days it's waste of time. and costumer service response not good. They are asking use application but application also not working properly any time it's showing error codes. Many times our email also not working/not send emails. Then how to get refund. Worst experience
I was charged despite cancelling my subscription. seems to be a scam. please DO NOT sign up for the pro account it's been over a week of chasing them. multiple evidences of cancelling and a false charge have been submitted and no refund has yet been done. extremely frustrating
I have been using the app for a while. It was great at first but now I'm finding it very hit and miss. I buy credits as needed. I've also noticed that it's giving violation warnings for perfectly innocent requests. Very disappointed. Pixelcut you need to do better.

I was accidentally charged after a free trial ended, and while the refund wasn’t instant, it was eventually processed without too much trouble. I appreciate that the system worked and that I got my money back. The app itself seemed solid just not what I needed at the time.
