I was charged despite cancelling my subscription. seems to be a scam. please DO NOT sign up for the pro account it’s been over a week of chasing them. multiple evidences of cancelling and a false charge have been submitted and no refund has yet been done. extremely frustrating

I have been using the app for a while. It was great at first but now I’m finding it very hit and miss. I buy credits as needed. I’ve also noticed that it’s giving violation warnings for perfectly innocent requests. Very disappointed. Pixelcut you need to do better.

I was unexpectedly charged ₱599 for my subscription, even though the app indicated that it would only cost ₱1, so I am urgently requesting a full refund of the incorrect charge. Please be responsible with your app, as anyone unaware of the actual subscription fee may experience the same issue as I did.
