New: Broke app for 2 months can't even login. The tip is calculating on the final total(tax and delivery fees) when it should be for the food only. Also, can't save my credit card info in the app or pay via Google pay, so not a great experience to use each time. 1 year later and they haven't fixed either issue. Downgrading to 2 stars. Now to 1 star. Can't log in or interact with the app at all since last update.

Keeps telling the restaurant isn't open even though it is and won't show me to place an order. Then I order from the website instead of the app with no problem. Why would you have a message that says "there was an issue placing your order" instead of telling what the issue is so I can at least troubleshoot. I bet you're missing out on millions of dollars worth of sales just because you won't make the app functional. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to place an order ever again.
I downloaded the app so I could create an order, figured it would be quicker than going to the website. I was wrong. I open the app and it won't even recognize me clicking on sign-in, continue as a guest, or anything that should be clickable. I've never had an issue with Domino's Pizza App. Guess that's where I'll be ordering since their app works correctly. I would be getting this issue fixed quickly!
Absolutely atrocious. The app is completely unresponsive. You can't click on anything because the app is freezing or someone forgot to program the buttons to actually work. You can't click "Sign In" "Continue as Guest" or anything else on the sign in screen. Before uninstalling and reinstalling I tried to confirm my phone number, and none of the buttons on that pop up worked either. This app is utterly useless.
Download the app for the Tmobile Tuesday deal. It is horrible and the flatbread pizza wasn't worth all the ordeal to use it. I could not get a card payment to go through and the first time to pay in-store didn't work either. Finally got the order to place and when I picked it up, the total after the coupon didn't load. After the "fixed" the price in the store, it was more than the price in the app. I uninstalled and won't be going back. Skip Pizza Hut and this app.
app always has problems. I get so tired of having issues logging in. they've had "issues" applying rewards. they forced me to do their recent update. after that I logged in, saw the screen for a couple seconds then it disconnected and now says my account is locked. doesn't give you any options. can't locate a phone number to get help. had to choose invalid options for the online chat as that was the only thing I could find. guess they just want my business to head to elsewhere!
App doesn't work anymore. It freezes immediately when it loads 80% of the time. You can't select anything. When it finally lets you login it doesn't let you edit your address. You type in the address, select it and then it brings you to a page to verify, but before you can select a field and type in it, it loads the next screen. Garbage app now! Also, why is delivery $6.99? That's pretty outrageous considering we still have to tip the driver. Multimillion dollar company...sad.
App tends to be buggy moving between menus. Often requiring to reload to work. This is especially true when actually trying to press pay. It often fails to do so then resulting in the need to re-enter your order. But sometimes it works alright. Needs some optimizing to be smoother for customer usage. The food is good. Stay with the old style look for your advertisements and buildings.
UPDATE 9/23: Can't use it at all. Opens up to an option to update phone number. Neither of the available buttons do anything and you can't move the pop up out of the way. Totally broken and USELESS. It's getting a lot better. Good to see continuous work to improve what used to be a barely usable app.
App loads to a red screen with a link to contact them, a link for legal info, and a link to Hut Rewards Terms. Nothing else. I've waited 20 minutes now to see if anything changed/loaded. Nothing. Nada. Exactly what you're getting from my wallet. Done with this company/app. I have 4 other restaurant apps on my phone that work perfectly well. So it's not my phone.
