I really want to love this, but it's just no good as an app. Works great on the website on a laptop. But the app doesn't quite work the way it should on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the app won't even download at all on my Tab 6. That's where I make my designs.

Definitely One Of The Best Mockup Generators I've Ever Used! Having many tools all in one place makes it so convenient and easy. I also love the continuous addition of new content! Can't wait to see what's next!

👎🏻 Photo quality is not good and a water mark remains on the photo, it cannot be removed.And some photos can be downloaded in more than one or two photos or in your.Sometimes the network runs fine, even then it is very slow, it works in this app..👎🏻

I've used many different video and image editing services but placeit is the best of them all and I have to say without fear of contradiction placeit earned my 5-star review because it truly is top-shelf hope they come up with more great stuff to put together 🖖

I can't even log into my account. On my pc, great! But I need it on my phone for social media purposes, and I've been wasting hours trying to sign in and resetting password and finding it on "Google acct" because of "envato", OMG! Idk what the hell changed but whatever this is, it is so bad people can't even sign in to their acct to begin with! Change it back!

I have the paid membership for place it but it's pathetic and very slow in app and downloads takes way too long despite good internet connectivity. Even download bar is not shown and have no idea whether it's downloading or not. Constantly have to recheck gallery to see if downloaded or not.

Right now, I'm giving 2 stars because I can't use the app longer than 10 minutes before the app freezes and lock my phone and closes the app while I'll designing. For 100 plus bucks, this app should be flawless with no hiccups at that price. I'm almost ready to ask for a refund.

Placeit may have the largest database ive seen yet but the T-shirt photos are very dated and cheesy. Why all the tucked in shirts? And what's with the (AI) pics of women drowning? Creepy AF. I Spend way too much time trying to find a suitable photo. Other sites have limited # of photos but at least are relevant to today's advertising. Also, app takes FOREVER to load. Im on a monthly and will be cancelling. Bye.

Free for making logos. I just wish you could cut out the plates. The piece where it says place it on evey logo plz update amd fix as soon as possible, then I'll start using this app again because I use this app 99% of the time until I found a different one. That won't let me do that

Absolute garbage. Won't work mobile on fastest internet fyi. Terrible pics n generic mockups that the top ai can knock out in seconds and give you any situation, any character. And your sites loaded up w too much and it glitches constantly on fastest internet goin. You won't last much longer. Want my $ back.

Can't edit logos - I press the button and nothing happens. Ill just use the desktop service. Edit: Apparently the Devs are working on a fix and restarting the app makes it work for now. I'm still happy with this service as they helped me make a bunch of logos for my hockey league. Thanks for the fast response.

They make it impossible to make simple account info changes (like changing your linked email) and impossible to contact customer support because their robot verification doesn't work. The mockups weren't worth the subscription either. Signed up for a monthly service and canceled it a few hours later and they won't refund my money. Absolute waste of time and money.

Used Placedit for 15 minutes and in that time they accidentally charged me twice. Glitches happen, no big deal. I relogged in a couple minutes later to see if it was fixed. However, their solution was to permanently disable my account and refused to give me additional information. If you want to risk losing everything you worked for, use this app or the desktop version. They will make sure screw you over one way or another and blame you for it. Seriously, stay far away from this company.

The app is trash, and the website doesn't allow an updated payment change. They spent the last week trying to resolve the issue, but we got nowhere. Message me directly, and I'll show the email thread that they have not done anything to get the account running even after I paid for their "unlimited subscription" they took the money but the subscription never went through. They are theifs! There are better mockup companies with better reviews. Don't trust this app!

It's a bad bad app. Photos don't upload. Once they do and I manage to create a mockup, it takes 20 attempts before download can happen. Yesterday, I got so frustrated after two hours of trying to create one mockup, that I cancelled the subscription with more than 8 months left. Then I find out that this app does not refund for remaining time!!! All in all.... DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

I love Placit on the PC. I'm subscribed to an unlimited account and have paid for the entire year. Unfortunately I can't seem to log into the app. It just freezes up. For the price I'm paying, I need to be able to use it both on PC and mobile. Looking at the other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one with this issue so I don't think it's on my end. Please fix! Will give 5 stars once it's fixed.

I tried subscribing to placeit on PC which is 2USD per month which is around 24USD annually, I was okay with it, but it keeps rejecting my payment saying the bank isn't processing my payment. Then I personally asked my bank what the issue was and they said there is not even a trace of payment. I've asked placeit Help support and they led me to this app, where the subscription was almost 20USD PER MONTH?? THIS IS SUCH BS... TRASHHH

Using this app is ROUGH. It makes me appreciate the website more. I have a Galaxy Note 20 and it app does not like the stylus very much. When I try to move text it instead thinks I'm edit the text of adjust it size. it got to a point where it didn't recognize me trying to move the text and when I hit the undo button too many times that it kicked me back into another design I was working on. Fixing these issues would be great for us on the go.

The actual service is great but, this app is so bloated and buggy...you're better off just going to the website. Two major gripes... The download function is super vague. You never couldn't tell if you can download it directly out of the editor or if you have to press the download button and go to the download area. Huge UX journey misstep. Also, you have to log in every single time you use it...just annoying.

I had email issues and was finally able to cancel subscription after 3 months of no use was able to cancel the day they charged me and said they couldn't issue a refund like any other app subscription would have been able to. UPDATE: After some discussion they made good on the situation and I am more than happy with the outcome.
