So here's my honest take on Plague Inc: Scenario Creator. I've tested a bunch of strategy game tools and this one's pretty solid. The level of customization is impressive - you can really let your creativity run wild and make some crazy plague scenarios. But it does have a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're not too tech-savvy. Took me a while to get the hang of it. And I wish the sharing features were a bit more robust. But if you put in the time, you can make some really cool stuff.
